<p>Park Hills Central at New Madrid Central: This game features some of the best Class of 2024 prospects in the state. Undefeated New Madrid Central features 6’5" Jadis Jones and guard B.J. Williamson while Park Hills Central has stellar young point guard Jobe Bryant. The action should be fast-paced. (Prediction: New Madrid Central)</p>
<p>Vashon vs. Roosevelt at Gateway STEM: Roosevelt is the Cinderella story of the postseason and they entered the district playoffs with three wins, but came away with a championship. Next up for the Roughriders in perennial state power Vashon, who is seeking another trip to the Final Four behind its dynamic duo of VCU recruit Nick Kern and UNLV recruit [player_tooltip player_id="1042400" first="Keshon" last="Gilbert"]. (Prediction: Vashon)</p>
<p>Buffalo at Blair Oaks: Host Blair Oaks begins its quest for a return trip to the Final Four after making it at the Class 3 level last season. The Falcons feature stellar big [player_tooltip player_id="984504" first="Luke" last="Northweather"] and high-scoring guard [player_tooltip player_id="992312" first="Quinn" last="Kusgen"]. Buffalo has a solid group of perimeter players led by Jamen Smith and Bode Abraham. (Prediction: Blair Oaks)</p>
<p>East Newton vs. Ava (Site, TBA): East Newton is having a stellar season with its veteran, balanced lineup with 6’5" 2021 wing Connor Killion and 6’3" 2021 Kyson Lahman working the post. Ava has one of the top offensive players in SWMO in burly 6’3" 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="984945" first="Andrew" last="Dalton"] leading the way. (Prediction: East Newton)</p>
<p>Lutheran St. Charles vs. Westminster (Site, TBA): Westminster is back in the sectional playoffs for the second consecutive season after a trip to the state quarterfinals last season. WCA has a well-balanced team led by its backcourt of 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="985421" first="Casen" last="Lawrence"] and 2023 [player_tooltip player_id="1070097" first="Kobi" last="Williams"]. Lutheran-St. Charles has a nice backcourt of its own in 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="985431" first="Frankie" last="May"] and 2023 Marcus Coleman, plus 6’7" 2021 [player_tooltip player_id="824180" first="Lance" last="Hackney"] inside. <p>Father Tolton vs. Montgomery County (Site, TBA): Father Tolton features plenty of size and versatility with 6’11" 2022 wing [player_tooltip player_id="984500" first="Jevon" last="Porter"], 6’6" 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="1045831" first="Justin" last="Boyer"] and 6’4" 2022 Takhi Chievous. Montgomery County is led by versatile 6’7" forward [player_tooltip player_id="824169" first="Collin" last="Parker"], a four-year starter. (Prediction: Father Tolton)</p>
<p>St. Michael the Archangel vs. Barstow at Van Horn: St. Michael the Archangel has a potent offensive unit led by 6’6" 2022 guard [player_tooltip player_id="1045828" first="Deuce" last="Roberts"]. They have several other players who can put the ball in the basket. Barstow features one of the top 2021 point guards in the KC area in 5’10" [player_tooltip player_id="1042402" first="Connor" last="Arment"]. (Prediction: St. Michael)</p>
<p>Pembroke Hill at Richmond: Pembroke Hill has quietly put together and undefeated season heading into the sectionals. They have multiple scorers in 2021s [player_tooltip player_id="824162" first="Liam" last="Weaver"] and Cooper Starks and 6’5" 2022 workhorse [player_tooltip player_id="1052521" first="Quinton" last="Conley"] among others. Richmond features 6’3" 2022 athlete Keyshawn Elliott along with a nice group of perimeter players who can shoot. (Prediction: Pembroke Hill)</p>
