<p style="text-align: center;"><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">This future SMU Mustang is the only newcomer into the top 10 and it is well deserved and long overdue. </span><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Phelps had an outstanding senior season, showing a relentless dominance on both sides on the ball, and proving to be one of if not the best two-way guard in the state. </span><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">The back-to-back state champion put up a stat line of 15 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals per game, filling the stat sheet across the board night in and night out. The Duncanville Panthers lost just one game this year and are currently ranked as the top in the state and second in the nation but none of it would be possible without the effort, passion, leadership, and mentality of [player_tooltip player_id="779870" first="Zhuric" last="Phelps"].<br />

<p style="text-align: center;"><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">[player_tooltip player_id="887085" first="Cooper" last="Sisco"] is one of the biggest stock risers of the year, going from 74th to the a top 50 spot with 48th. Sisco was recognized as player of the month on three separate occasions, he finished the season earning all-district MVP honors, and even led his team to yet another playoff appearance. </span><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Cooper scored over 1000 points throughout his high school career, he’s such a prolific and efficient scorer that it seemed like he dropped at least 20 points on everyone he faced, particularly in his district where no team could slow him down. [player_tooltip player_id="887085" first="Cooper" last="Sisco"] plays with a certain passion and will to win that just can’t be taught, you can expect to hear his name sooner than later at the college level.<br />

<p style="text-align: center;"><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Bedri has proven time and time again that he is by far the best, most complete, and most skilled postman in the city, if not the state. The Spring Creek Academy center has all of the tools it takes to be a successful ballplayer. Bedri can shoot and score from each level, he can put the ball on the floor better than most at his position, he’s a terrific passer with a high basketball IQ and exceptional court vision. He’s also a solid defender as well, Zinnedine has no trouble protecting the rim and shutting the paint off. </span><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">This big man played a major role in leading his team to a 26-2 record and a top 20 ranking in the state by putting up 13 points, 2 assists, 8 rebounds, and a block per game, even stacking up 8 double-digit rebound games, and 6 double-doubles. I can’t wait to see what [player_tooltip player_id="889574" first="Zinnedine" last="Bedri"] does at the next level, he seems like a great teammate, everyone loves him, he’s unselfish, and he’s a tough competitor.<br />

<p style="text-align: center;"><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Dallas Carter superstar guard, [player_tooltip player_id="959063" first="Erin" last="Wright"] is an all-district, all-region, and back-to-back district MVP player. Wright is as efficient as they come, every shot he takes is almost a guarantee to go through the net. This unsigned senior accumulated</span><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}"> over 300 points and averaged more than 15 points per game in his final high school season. </span><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Not only did [player_tooltip player_id="959063" first="Erin" last="Wright"] lead the Carter Cowboys to an undefeated district record but he also led this squad on a deep playoff run this year before falling short just a couple of games away from the state title. <br />
