<h5>Unsigned Seniors are turning heads!</h5>
<p>Despite the drawbacks that the pandemic has brought some, prospects in the state of North Carolina are still turning the heads of college coaches. Here's a look at a few notables names that earned offers over the past week.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="932146" first="Daylan" last="Askew"] offered by Pitt Community College on Sunday. He's a wiry wing prospect with tons of room to develop as an all-around player on the hardwood. He can score it on all three levels and defend with prowess already. He holds offers from Bryant & Stratton and Brunswick Community College as well.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="721036" first="Elijah" last="Ormiston"] offered by Concordia University on Monday. He's been getting healthy in the Cannon School rotation and as he has, so has their prospects of winning on the court. He's a versatile forward that can operate inside and out with his length and athleticism. He also holds an offer from Converse and Belmon Abbey. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="838027" first="K.J." last="Garrett"] offered by Mount Olive University on Tuesday. He's coming off a strong showing against Lake Norman Christian that saw him put up 22 points, five rebounds, four steals and three assists. He's a crafty guard that can create off the bounce and operate in space. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="574435" first="Jaden" last="Ellis"] offered by Army on Tuesday. He's off to a strong start to his senior season and college coaches are taking notice with an offer coming in. He's posted 11.1 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 2.1 apg and 1.6 spg as one of the best available 2021s at Page High School in 2020-21. </p>
<h5>Get a look at Metrolina Christian Academy</h5>
<p>Metrolina Christian Academy has won seven games and counting following another victory over Northside Christian Academy on Tuesday night, 54-47. The Warriors were led by [player_tooltip player_id="1120312" first="Camden" last="Johnson"] who had 13 points, four rebounds and three assists. Sophomore guard <strong>Eli Clark </strong>finished with nine points, five rebounds and two assists. Freshman [player_tooltip player_id="1076353" first="Dylan" last="Deluca"] posted seven points and five assists as well. The Warriors have quietly gotten wins over some top NCISAA teams over the last week in Northside Christian Academy, Charlotte Christian and Concord Academy as the season wraps up. Next up for them: Westminster Catawba Christian on Friday, another talented squad.</p>
<h5>Freddy Johnson secures win 1,100</h5>
<p>Greensboro Day School head coach Freddy Johnson secured his 1,100th victory as a head coach on Monday night with a 75-47 victory over Caldwell Academy. 13 of the 14 Bengals that recorded minutes put up points in the historic effort with [player_tooltip player_id="887046" first="Tyler" last="Lundblade"] leading the way for the Bengals with 16 points, [player_tooltip player_id="848080" first="Michael" last="Zanoni"] finished with 10 points and [player_tooltip player_id="577847" first="Nikolas" last="Graves"], Julius Reese and CJ Collins finished with seven points apiece. Johnson currently ranks eighth on the Top 10 All-Time High School Boys’ Basketball Coaches List, where he’s one of four active coaches. </p>
<p>Greensboro Day School is 21-5 on the season and will be back in action again on Feb. 9 when they face Westchester Country Day.</p>
