<p>Week 11 is underway and we have got a big slate of high school hoops going on this week in Indiana. Let us dive on in and take a look at some highlights of Tuesday’s night of hoops. </p>
<p><b>Lawrence Central wins high scoring battle vs Brownsburg</b></p>
<p>In what was a high scoring contest that saw multiple players score in double figures, the Lawrence Central Bears were able to defeat the Brownsburg Bulldogs, 78-69. The leading scorer for the night was Butler commit [player_tooltip player_id="874109" first="Pierce" last="Thomas"] with an outstanding 33 points with 8 rebounds. His teammate, 2021 PG [player_tooltip player_id="874183" first="Quentin" last="Bragg"], added 13 points as well. On the winning side, Lawrence Central saw 4 players drop 10+ points. 2023 SF [player_tooltip player_id="868233" first="Joshua" last="Mickens"] was the leading scorer for the Bears with 20 points while teammates <strong>Greg Jenkins</strong> dropped 19 points, <strong>Dameriz Merriwether</strong> with 15 points, and <strong>Brandyn Barrett</strong> added 10 points. With this win, Lawrence Central improves to 9-7 and will take on North Central (Indianapolis) on Thursday. </p>
<p><b>South Adams beats Norwell </b></p>
<p>In a vey close game throughout, the South Adams Starfires were about to beat the Norwell Knights. The leading scorer for the Starfires was 2022 prospect <strong>Trey Schoch</strong> with his 23 points. South Adams has actually had a really good season so far and with that win last night, they improved to 10-4. On the other hand, Norwell has not exactly has the great of season as they are currently 6-11. Up next, South Adams will host Woodlan on Thursday while Norwell will travel to Columbia City on Thursday as well. </p>
<p><b>Penn dominates Clay</b></p>
<p>Last night saw Penn improve to 6-8 in a dominant win over South Bend Clay, 63-43. 2021 SG [player_tooltip player_id="874202" first="Caleb" last="Applegate"] was the leading stat leader with his 18 point, 7 rebound, 4 assist performance. His teammate, [player_tooltip player_id="1049169" first="Markus" last="Burton"], had a great night as well because of his 12 points and 5 steals on the defensive end. Teammates <strong>Joe Smith</strong> and [player_tooltip player_id="1063982" first="Cole" last="Wojciechowski"] also chipped in 8 points each. Next, Penn will host John Glenn on Thursday while South Bend Clay (3-14) will travel to South Bend St. Joseph on Thursday as well. </p>
