<p>The basketball season is slowly coming to a end here in the Palmetto State. Thomas will play for Head Coach Bart Lundy at the NCAA D2 program. Davis has decided football will be his sport at the college level. Davis informed Prep Hoops that he will play at South Carolina State next year. Burns has been a standout on the hardwood and gridiron for the Thoroughbreds over the years. Burns played with LMR Academy on the Grassroots Circuit. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1023699" first="Eriq" last="Rice"] - AC Flora HS </strong></p> <p>Rice won't have to travel far next year to play football at the University of South Carolina for new Head Coach Shane Beamer. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="840274" first="Marcus" last="Lane"] - Sumter HS </strong></p> <p>Lane is looking to start up his basketball season tonight for the Gamecocks. Lewis a point guard did just that by scoring 45 points for the Golden Flashes in the victory. Sanders will start playing hoops this week for the Swamp Foxes. The Swamp Foxes will play its 1st game this week. Sanders currently has scored over 1,150 points in his basketball career. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="840238" first="Slater" last="Miller"] - West-Oak HS (Westminster) </strong></p> <p>Miller plays up in the Northwest corner of the state really off the grid. Miller has scored 1,244 points in his career with the Warriors.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>North Charleston HS and Chesnee HS basketball programs have decided to end its season under quarantine protocols due to Covid-19.</p>
