This past Monday, the Inter-Ac was scheduled to finally tip off its Covid-19 shortened 2020-21 season. However, the recent snow storm postponed a number of games early in the week. Then contact tracing and an abudance of caution scrubbed several games scheduled for Saturday. In between those issues, a number of Inter Ac prospects did manage to squeeze in high level performances.

Prep Hoops is here to highlight those early season performances in southeastern Pennsylvania’s Inter-Ac.

[player_tooltip player_id="1123911" first="Ron" last="Brown III"] – 6’1” / Freshman / Springside-Chestnut Hill Academy / Combo Guard: One of the top 2024’s in the area and a prospect who turned heads this past summer/fall, Brown tipped off his Inter Ac career with 13 points vs. Penn Charter.

[player_tooltip player_id="991383" first="Mark" last="Butler"] - 5’9” / Sophomore / Penn Charter / Point Guard: This next great “Philly Guard” owns elite quickness and a change of pace ability that is just nasty. Both of these elements in his game were on full display as he posted 15 points and 5 dimes when the Quakers defeated SCHA early this week.

Will Delaney - 5’9” / Senior / Episcopal Academy / Combo Guard: Delaney is committed to Hofstra for lacrosse, but this week he proved once again, with his 13 point effort for the Churchmen against GA, that he can ball on the court as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="991323" first="Jake" last="Hsu"] – 6’1” / Junior / Germantown Academy / Combo Guard: An excellent do-everything player for GA, Hsu is once again showing he can play the scoring point guard role as he posted 17 points in a win for the Patriots over Episcopal Academy.

[player_tooltip player_id="990929" first="Jordan" last="Longino"] – 6’1” / Senior / Germantown Academy / Combo Guard: The three time All-League selection and 2019-20 Class 4A State Player of the Year netted 16 points in a win against Episcopal Academy

Fran Oschell – 6’7” / Senior / Malvern Prep / Power Forward: Last year Oschell was the 3rd / 4th offensive option for the Friars. In 2021 Oschell is expected to have a much bigger scoring role and so far he has produced -- 17 points vs Haverford School.
