<p><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/09/Top-Performers-1.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-1048356 alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/09/Top-Performers-1-300x188.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="188" /></a>The Central League’s recent high school boys’ basketball schedule was interrupted by Covid-19 / contact tracing pauses for the Conestoga and Upper Darby hoops programs. Still the rest of the league managed to play numerous games and those runs produced several fantastic performances from Central League prospects. Additionally three Central League players recently reached the career 1,000 point barrier.</p>
<p>Prep Hoops is here to highlight those outstanding individual performances in southeastern Pennsylvania’s Central League (District 1).</p>

<p><strong>Sam Davison</strong> <strong>– 5’10’’ / Senior / Lower Merion / Shooting Guard: </strong>After missing his junior season in order to rehab a torn ACL, Davison has come back and been a key role player and defensive standout for the Aces. He proved by scoring 18 points in a win over Harriton (including ¾ court shot to beat the halftime buzzer) that he can also get buckets when the team needs him to score.</p>
<p><strong>Justin Langan</strong> <strong>– </strong><strong>6’2’’/ Senior / Garnet Valley / Small Forward: </strong>Langan’s hot shooting continues as he drained 4 threes on his way to 14 points in a win over Penncrest. That effort marked the fourth straight game Langan has splashed home 3 or more treys. Langan also posted 12 points in a decisive win over Springfield.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="990987" first="Lewis" last="Robinson"]</strong> <strong>– </strong><strong>5’11’’/ Senior / Radnor / Combo Guard: </strong>The ultra-quick combo guard recently surpassed the 1,000 point mark for his Radnor career and shows no signs of letting up. The four year starter scored 17 pts and nabbed 3 steals in a win over Ridley. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="990991" first="Carl" last="Schaller"]</strong> <strong>– 5’10” / Senior / Garnet Valley / Point Guard:</strong> The reigning Central League MVP is on fire. Schaller posted 22 points in W over Penncrest. Then he posted 17 points against Springfield. The first five of which pushed Schaller over the 1,000 point mark for his career.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="990994" first="John" last="Seidman"] </strong><strong>– 6’3’’ / Senior / Haverford / Point-Forward: </strong>The 2019-20 1<sup>st</sup> Team All-Delaware County guard 17 points in win over Strath Haven and recorded his 1,000 point in a win over Ridley.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1119125" first="Ben" last="Stanton"] </strong><strong>– 5’11’’/ Junior / Penncrest / Combo Guard: </strong>This season Stanton has been an excellent back-court mate for Penncrest floor general [player_tooltip player_id="991320" first="Saahir" last="Lee"]. His 14 point effort vs. Garnet Valley was just another example of his value to the Penncrest lineup.</p>
