<p>The Washington State-signee has shined as a two-way standout for Sandy Creek. He’s averaging 18.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 2.1 steals. Rice isn’t flashy and still gets the job done. He can score at all three levels, apparent by his 42% three-point shooting. Rice is a strong defender that uses his length to bother opponents.</p>
<p><strong>No. 23 || 6-6 SF [player_tooltip player_id="754267" first="Will" last="Richard"] – Woodward Academy<br />

<p>[player_tooltip player_id="754267" first="Will" last="Richard"] has transitioned back to where he played at Fayette County – the post. He’s been a battering ram inside, scoring the hard way with And-1s and tough post ups. Richard has good footwork inside and gathers himself before powering up. He’s rebounded the ball exceptionally well. Richard still does damage on the perimeter. He’s a 35% three-point shooter and he can take his man off the dribble and get to the basket. He’s put up 24 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 2 steals per game playing inside and out.</p>
<p><strong>No. 25 || 6-1 CG [player_tooltip player_id="869612" first="Zach" last="Bell"] – Grovetown<br />

<p>Possibly the best athlete in the state, [player_tooltip player_id="869612" first="Zach" last="Bell"] has pumped in 20.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 1.6 blocks all while proving he’s more than just a human highlight reel. Bell is lightning quick and explodes to the rim using a sharp handle to wiggle past defenders. He’s a solid three-point shooter and has improved as a distributor.</p>
<p><strong>No. 28 || 6-8 PF [player_tooltip player_id="869584" first="Isaac" last="Abidde"] – Westover<br />
<em>Up from No. 46</em></strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="869584" first="Isaac" last="Abidde"] has all the tools to become a High Major recruit. At 6-foot-8, Abidde jumps out of the gym. He’s a very good rebounder and rim protection thanks to his elite bounce. Isaac has offensive skills to boot. He can score inside but he’s also shown the ability to space the floor and hit the three-point shot. He’s averaging 14.7 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.2 blocks. Abidde has a chance to develop his ball handling even more and become a combo-forward at the next level.</p>
<p><strong>No. 41 || 5-11 PG [player_tooltip player_id="869585" first="Sutton" last="Smith"] – Denmark<br />

<p>Alabama-Huntsville is getting one of the savviest floor generals the state has to offer. [player_tooltip player_id="869585" first="Sutton" last="Smith"] can control games when the ball is in his hands. He understands how to set up teammates and command a huddle. His court vision leads to offensive efficiency. He’s a tricky scorer that scores in a variety of ways. His competitiveness and IQ make him a special player.</p>
