<p>Tristate Classic held its Sensational Six high school event Friday in Westchester. The opening weekend of the event featured an array of talented prospects such as [player_tooltip player_id="945527" first="Dior" last="Davis"], <strong>Albert Vargas</strong>, [player_tooltip player_id="945530" first="Randy" last="Crosby"], [player_tooltip player_id="1047689" first="Todd" last="Rochelle"], [player_tooltip player_id="945521" first="Jayson" last="Mcghee"], and [player_tooltip player_id="1047682" first="Promise" last="Opurum"].<br />
<br />
[player_tooltip player_id="945527" first="Dior" last="Davis"] - After a slow start in the first half with two points Dior found his scoring touch in the second finishing with 28. Dior used his quickness to score in a variety of ways. He continuously beat defenders on the bounce and did an excellent job of drawing fouls (7-9 FT).<br />

[player_tooltip player_id="945530" first="Randy" last="Crosby"] - He continues to show why he’s one of the best point guards in New York City. Randy is always poised on the floor. He is a threat as a facilitator and scorer. His court vision and willingness to make the extra pass was on display. Randy contributed 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 assists. <br />
<br />
<strong>Albert Vargas, 5’10" W.H.E.E.L.S, 2021</strong> - Albert is a strong compact player with an exceptional feel for the game. Although he splits point guard duties with [player_tooltip player_id="945530" first="Randy" last="Crosby"] he still has a good floor sense. He was assertive as a scorer and playmaker drawing defenders while finding open teammates throughout the night. He finished with 23 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists.<br />
<br />
[player_tooltip player_id="945521" first="Jayson" last="Mcghee"] - Jayson has improved physically over the last few months and seems to have a bounce in his step. His ability to change speeds and direction allows him to get anywhere on the floor. He takes care of the ball while pushing the tempo to get downhill. He finished with 30 points showcasing his full offensive repertoire. <br />
<br />
[player_tooltip player_id="1047682" first="Promise" last="Opurum"] - Promise has a strong interior presence on both ends. He added 19 points, an impressive 17 rebounds and 3 blocks in a double OT win.<br />
<br />
[player_tooltip player_id="1047689" first="Todd" last="Rochelle"] - The senior continues to prove he’s one of the best point guards in the area. He produced 26 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists in a tough double OT game.<br />
<br />
<strong>Jaden Daughtry, 6’6" St. Francis Prep, 2022</strong> - Jaden is one of the most underrated prospects in the state. He has the size and versatility to be impactful on the floor. Jaden stuffed the stat sheet with 11 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 blocks, and 2 steals.<br />
<br />
[player_tooltip player_id="1045930" first="RJ" last="Greene"] - He has a strong inside/outside presence. RJ is a tough matchup because of his versatility and skills. He can beat defenders off the dribble, finish through contact, or knock down the three. He plays extremely hard from start to finish. RJ finished with 16 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals in a Co-MVP performance.<br />
<br />
[player_tooltip player_id="1046818" first="Isaac" last="Gonzalez"] - Issac continues to play at a high level. He a rhythm player who asserts himself on the offensive end. He has been a model of consistency each time he steps on the court. The co-MVP contributed 18 points and 3 assists. <br />
