Thes stock risers are made up up of 4A - 1A prospects. 4A is loaded with talent across the board especially the schools out in St. George.

Region 9

6’4 PG [player_tooltip player_id="933803" first="Isaac" last="Finlinson"], Dixie High School

Isaac is a boarderline D1 type player that has a high ceiling. Isaac shoots the ball well, but he can still improve. He shoots the ball well off the dribble and in catch and shoot situations as wel. He runs the floor well but the thing that seperates him from others running the floor is that he knows where to fill in lanes. Isaac is starting to really play above the rim as he is caching lobs and even throwing them down off teh backboard. isaac is a lanky PG that can get stronger which makes him an ideal player to develop. Isaac also has a good handle and great court vision. He is arguably the PG in all of 4A. Class of 2021

Region 10

6’9 C [player_tooltip player_id="1114374" first="Malick" last="Diallo"], Juan Diego Catholic

The Class of 2024 just got better with this addition. The International recruit from Mali is long and anthletic. With a possible 7’3 wingspan and some natural strength Malick is a natural rim protector who can alter shots. He is great with his back to the basket which comes natural to him. He has a nice touch around the rim and can finish with both hands. With continual development there is no reason Malick doesn’t end up on a Division 1 roster.

Region 11

6’3 Jadin Penigar, Logan High School

Jadin has been an absolute leader on his team as he is averaging 18 points a game. He is doing it by scoring inside and out. Jadin has great size to match any player making a roster on an NWAC program. He’s quick and shifty. Look for him to really increase his stock again once region play get underway. Class of 2021

Small School Prospects

6’5 W [player_tooltip player_id="933815" first="Preston" last="Condie"], Carbon High School

Preston has been Swiss Army Knife for Carbon as he is almost scoring 19 points a game. He is rebounding the ball and creating for others. He has a nice game that can translate to the D2/NAIA level. Class of 2021

6’8 [player_tooltip player_id="755635" first="Ty" last="Allred"], Juab High School

The University of Hawaii Pacific signee is living up to the hype and more. He’s got five double-doubles and almost had himself a 20/20 game.
