At the turn of the new year, Prep Hoops Wisconsin looks at 10 under the radar prospects currently having surprising 2020-21 campaigns...

[player_tooltip player_id="994376" first="Luke" last="Bara"] - 2021 - G - Muskego

One of the top uncommitted seniors, Bara continues to rise up our board. Bara is putting up 25 points and five assists per game for a Muskego squad that’s currently a half game out of first place in the Classic Eight Conference. A skilled, high volume scorer, Bara is a dangerous prospect on the ball with his shot creating ability and knack for knocking down tough, contested shots.

[player_tooltip player_id="880005" first="Jeremiah" last="Burke"] - 2021 - F - Saint Francis

A kid we’ve liked in AAU the past two years, Burke is putting it all together during his senior season. The 6-foot-6 forward is getting 25.8 points per game this season. Those are very big numbers considering his team’s schedule to this point. Burke has scored 20 or more points in all six games. He’s a little undersized for some of the things he likes to do, but Burke has some unique ability to face-up and score in the mid-range and has a bruising, physical body that makes him an intriguing college prospect.

Colin Hardrick - 2023 - G - Wauwatosa West

Obviously knew Hardrick was talented, but didn’t see these types of numbers coming as a sophomore in the Greater Metro Conference. Hardrick has been turned loose for a young Tosa West squad, averaging 22.3 points and five rebounds per game. An instant offense type prospect, Hardrick is a plus-length, athletic combo guard who can shoot, get downhill in the half court, and make things happen in transition.

[player_tooltip player_id="880015" first="Clayton" last="Jenny"] - 2021 - G - Edgerton

Jenny is averaging 30.4 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists per game during his senior season. More importantly, he’s got Edgerton undefeated with a 9-0 record. Jenny already has five 30-point games, even more impressive considering that the Crimson Tide have played just one game that’s been decided by single digits this season. Jenny is committed to play for UW-Platteville next season.

[player_tooltip player_id="1017916" first="Jeremy" last="Lorenz"] - 2023 - F - Brillion

One of the top sleepers in the sophomore class right now, Lorenz had a great summer on the Prep Hoops Circuit and is just getting better and better. Lorenz is averaging 23.3 points per game this season while shooting 62.0 percent from the floor. The 6-foot-7 combo forward is also grabbing over 10 boards per game. A skilled, versatile, and athletic prospect, Lorenz has some serious mismatch potential.
