Early Week Senior Class Impact Players!

<p><em>We have reached the halfway mark of week 3 in January which means that its time take a look at some more standout performers from around the state. With public school competition back in full swing for the most part, we have had a great opportunity to see plenty of talented prospects, so lets jump right in and take a look some standout upperclassmen performers. </em></p> <p>One of the best available bigs left in the region is The Burlington School 6’9 Forward <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="838020" first="Kuluel" last="Mading"]</strong> who recently reopened his recruitment. Mading put up 21 Points &amp; 12 Rebounds in their win over High Point Christian, showcasing his athleticism and ability to stretch the floor. Schools at the Mid-Major and High Major levels have already offered so it will be interesting to see how things play out for him. </p> <p>He’s already decided that he will be playing football on the next level but North Davidson Senior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="574478" first="Jamarien" last="Dalton"]</strong> has been absolutely dominate on the basketball court ! On Tuesday night against Mount Tabor he put together one of his best performances of the season, dropping 35 Points and putting on a show of his athleticism while doing it! </p> <p>New Life Christian Senior Guard <strong>Al Singleton</strong> has started the week off on a high note, averaging 26.5 Points in two games. Singleton has shot the ball from deep at a high level but also is showing some ability to make plays off the bounce. </p> <p dir="auto">His team came up short in their matchup with Holly Springs but Senior Guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="574445" first="Tharius" last="Suggs"]</strong> was a huge reason why they were able to make a big time comeback in the 2nd half. Suggs dropped 27 Points and was constantly attacking the Holly Springs defense with his speed and athleticism. We feel that he is a legit college prospect that schools should be giving a call to. </p> <p dir="auto">After taking a loss to start the season, Westover HS bounced back with a blowout win over Southern Lee. Westover Senior Guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="839121" first="D’Marco" last="Dunn"]</strong> led the way with 29 Points which he brings his average to over 25 PPG after two games this season. The UNC signee is an efficient scorer that can put the ball in the bucket from all three levels and is still only scratching the surface of how good he can be. </p>
