Logan Imes Logan Imes 6'4" | PG Zionsville | 2023 State #202 Nation IN (Zionsville; PG)
Imes is ranked No. 8 in the 2023 Indiana rankings and can even be somewhat underrated at that spot. He has great size for a point guard, at 6-foot-4, and is already leading Zionsville in scoring at 12.9 points per game.
Because of his size, he can score over most defenders and his offensive game continues to round out. He also averages 4.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
Keep an eye on Imes as he takes on more responsibility for Zionsville as an upperclassmen. He is someone that will only get better on both ends of the floor as he is put into more situations leading his team.
Jake Davis Jake Davis 6'6" | SF Cathedral | 2023 State IN (Cathedral; SF)
At 6-foot-5, Davis is a physical forward who can play both on the perimeter and the block.
He is a terrific shooter who helps Cathedral stretch the floor from the frontcourt position. He has multiple games this season with at least two 3’s and has a few with four made 3’s as well. But, he also uses his physical frame to grab 4.7 rebounds per game – on both ends of the floor.
Davis is one of a few sophomores playing a big role for Cathedral.
He is currently ranked No. 20 in the 2023 in-state class.
Sam Orme Sam Orme 6'9" | SF Carmel | 2023 State #196 Nation IN (Carmel; SF)
Orme is someone who has a ton of upside in the class of 2023. He didn’t see a ton of minutes early in the season but that has gradually increased.
He is a very good shooter from deep and at this point, that’s his biggest asset. He is still growing into his frame, so for now he is a bit lankier than fully built. His length is a factor on the defensive end at times. He can be a very effective rebounder as he continues to put on some extra weight.
Orme is ranked No. 26 in the 2023 in-state class.
Braeden Shrewsberry (West Lafayette; PG)
Shrewsberry is one of the best scorers in the class of 2023 and that has been on full display this season with 42-point and 31-point outings so far.
He is averaging 24.7 points on the season and can score in multiple ways. Shooting is his best tool, but that opens up the rest of his game. He has good size, at 6-foot-1, to get into the paint and finish around the rim, too.
West Lafayette had some injury and COVID issues to start the season, putting even more responsibility on Shrewsberry’s shoulders.
He is ranked No. 32 in Indiana’s class of 2023.
