<p>The Beach Ball Classic had a number of standouts from the state of North Carolina on display. Here’s a look at Part II of the standouts. </p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="932457" first="Jarvis" last="Moss"] | 6’4 Shooting Guard | Cannon School | 2021</h5>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="932457" first="Jarvis" last="Moss"] showed off his shooting stroke from behind the arc during the Beach Ball Classic to the tune of 10 made 3-pointers. He shot 34.5 percent from 3-point land while averaging 16.0 ppg for Cannon School as they went 2-1. He showed he’s got talent to succeed at the next level on the wing. As he shows he can defend and do other things, look for his stock to grow some more in the class.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="848077" first="Karon" last="Boyd"] | 6’6 Forward | Cannon School | 2022</h5>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="848077" first="Karon" last="Boyd"] continues to emerge as a frontcourt piece for Cannon School. He put up 11.3 ppg and 10.0 rpg across the Cougars three contests in the Beach Ball Classic. He nearly had a double-double in their bounce-back victory over North Myrtle Beach with 17 points and nine rebounds. In their final victory, he posted 14 points and 12 rebounds (6 offensive) to pace the frontcourt. He showed off his ability to be a presence in the paint and a force on the boards on both ends.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="887046" first="Tyler" last="Lundblade"] | 6’5 Guard | Greensboro Day School | 2022</h5>
<p>Lundblade proved that he’s much more than just a spot-up shooter at the Beach Ball Classic. He scored from behind the arc, he scored off the bounce and utilized the midrange game well to show off what he can do on the wing. He posted 13.5 ppg while knocking down five 3-pointers across their four games. He’s certainly due for a boost in the upcoming rankings update in the middle of February. </p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="848080" first="Michael" last="Zanoni"] | 6’6 Shooting Guard | Greensboro Day School | 2022</h5>
<p>One of the top sharpshooters in the 2022 class was on display in [player_tooltip player_id="848080" first="Michael" last="Zanoni"] and he shined at the Beach Ball Classic. He averaged 14.0 ppg was a consistent shooter on the wing for the Bengals. He drained 11 3-pointers across four games for Greensboro Day School while shooting 57.8 percent (11-18) from an overall standpoint from 3-point land. He’s a shooter in the class that schools in the state of North Carolina should prioritize.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="848067" first="Patrick" last="Wessler"] | 6’11 Forward/Center | Combine Academy | 2022</h5>
<p>The Combine Academy Goats have their fair share of talent in [player_tooltip player_id="574405" first="AJ" last="Smith"] and [player_tooltip player_id="854888" first="Robert" last="Dillingham"] but Patrick Wesler still found a way to make his presence felt. He put up six 6 points, five rebounds and two assists in 10 minutes of action to open the Beach Ball Classic. His best performance came against West Oaks Academy (FL). He posted 10 points, four rebounds and two assists on 5-of-6 shooting from the field. He also had four offensive rebounds. He’s an emerging name to keep an eye on the 2022 class.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="747011" first="Jabare" last="Perry"] | 6’8 Forward | Cape Fear Christian Academy | 2022</h5>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="747011" first="Jabare" last="Perry"] had a strong outing at the Beach Ball Classic, putting up 12 points and 15 rebounds in his best game for Cape Fear Christian Academy against Carolina Forest (SC). Perry is finding his stride in the post but it’s the offensive glass where he’s a gem. He racked up 18 offensive rebounds across CFCA’s three games in the Beach Ball Classic and averaged 8.6 rpg when it was all said and done. He is definitely an emerging forward prospect colleges in the state and in the Fayetteville area should get eyes on this season.</p>
<h5>[player_tooltip player_id="787670" first="Amari" last="Pearson"] | 6’2 Guard/Wing | Cape Fear Christian Academy | 2022</h5>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="787670" first="Amari" last="Pearson"] is an athletic and defensive-minded prospect that racked up six steals in the Beach Ball Classic. His best performance came against Carolina Forest as he posted 11 points, five steals, three assists and three rebounds while shooting a perfect 5-of-5 from the field. He also produced 11 points and eight rebounds against Gray Collegiate (SC). He can play above the rim on both ends and battles in the paint using his athleticism and length. When he’s locked in on the defensive end and playing under control, he’s hard to stop. </p>
