<h4>Earl’s Preseason Starting Five</h4>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="824213" first="Mason" last="Ballay"] 6’0" Mt. Vernon: Strong 2021 point guard who averaged 15 points and five assists in leading his team to a conference title as a junior.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="991577" first="Zach" last="Howell"] 6’4" Springfield Catholic: Talented 2022 wing who returns after averaging nearly 19 points a game as a sophomore.</p>
<p>Jaesik Friggle 5’10" Aurora: Capable 2022 combo guard who averaged 16 points, five rebounds and two assists a game as a sophomore.</p>
<p>Lance Hafar 6’4" Reeds Spring: A 2021 forward who averaged 12 points, eight rebounds and two blocks a game as a junior.</p>
