Top 250 Expo: Hoop State Players

<p>The Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo went over very well last weekend down in Myrtle Beach. Clark had some big games and some great outside shooting from behind the arc. Clark is best suited off the ball as a shooting guard. Clark really sets his feet well and has a good shot release. Clark has solid academics in the classroom.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="945076" first="Zane" last="Cogdell"] (2022) - Apex Friendship HS </strong></p> <p>Cogdell a point guard really sees the floor well from the lead guard position. Cogdell attacks the paint very well and gets the ball to his teammates. Cogdell can really score the ball from the point guard position very well. Cogdell keeps the ball close to the vest and never seems to turn it over. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1046018" first="Gary" last="Williams Jr."] (2021) - Holly Springs HS (pictured on the front)</strong></p> <p>Williams Jr. is a big versatile guard in the backcourt. Williams Jr. plays the game with a great understanding of the game. Williams Jr. is versatile enough to play any position on the floor at times. Williams Jr. plays very well away from the ball. Beckwith a combo guard plays out in Eastern North Carolina on the coast. Beckwith can create his own shot and along with creating for others. Beckwith plays the game to the fullest and never looks to take a play off. Siler will carve out space and use his body to draw contact. Siler has soft hands and tends to stay in the paint for the most part. Robinson rebounds the ball very well on both sides of the floor. Robinson really likes to get and run in transition and finish in transition. Chisler likes to set up shop in the corners. Chisler connected on some three pointers here today. Chisler played this summer on the Grassroots Circuit with the Stingers. </p>
