Some of the best talent in the State of Michigan and in the Country have come out of the City of Detroit. The Class of 2021 and the upcoming classes are no exception. Detroit is back on the map. Here is my second Detroit Super Team:

Korbin Massie (2021, 5-11, PG, Detroit Renaissance)

Massie is an excellent point guard who looks to get his teammates involved. He is an excellent shooter. He shows leadership on the floor. He is primed for an excellent senior year. He is going to make some college coach very happy.

[player_tooltip player_id="611432" first="JonMarcus" last="Roland"] (2021, 6-1, CG, UD Jesuit)

Roland is ready to have an excellent senior season. He is a college ready player right now. His transition between the 1 and 2 is seamless. He plays hard on both ends of the floor. It is hard to take him off the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1051078" first="Ralph" last="Bland"] (2021, 6-3, SG Detroit Edison)

Bland is a superb athlete who has the skill set to play on the next level. His physical play will also help him to make his mark on the next level. His play in transition is excellent and he will take contact and finish at the rim. His shooting ability is improving that is going to elevate his game even further. Bland is not a sleeper he is college ready.

[player_tooltip player_id="814571" first="Sterling" last="Blakely"] (2021, 6-4, SF Detroit Renaissance)

Blakely is a player that can score in a variety of ways on the court. When he gets going he is hard to stop. I like the fact he can create and score when running offensive sets. He is more than dash and flash. This shows he has a good basketball IQ. He is definitely a next level prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id="811111" first="Malachi" last="Black"] (2021, 6-7, PF, Detroit University Prep)

Black is a dominant player. He plays well in the post but can also step out and shoot the 3. He protects the rim and will alter and block shots. He is an excellent rebounder on the offensive and defensive end. This hard working athlete is ready to have a good senior season and then head off to the next level.
