Aidan Rebel, New England

Rebel is a lengthy off guard who can shoot it at a high rate, play on and off the ball, rebound from the wing and defend the passing lanes effectively. He had a solid showing during the summer with ND Phenom and is a guy to watch in Region 7.

[player_tooltip player_id="1046333" first="Hunter" last="Fletschock"], Drake-Anamoose

Fletschock is one of the best combo forwards in Class B and coming off a season in which he averaged 17 points and six rebounds. He’s a matchup problem for a lot of people because he has the size to abuse shorter guys but also the skill to stress bigger defenders.

[player_tooltip player_id="750184" first="Tyler" last="Tollefson"], Wahpeton

Tollefson enjoyed a breakout junior season for Wahpeton last winter, averaging 14 points per game while shooting 40 percent from the 3-point line. He’s undersized, but does a good job using his quickness and savvy to free himself from defenders.

[player_tooltip player_id="1046334" first="Tyler" last="Thilmony"], Mandan

Thilmony had a solid junior season for Mandan, averaging about nine points and three assists while shooting nearly 40 percent from the 3-point line. He took it to another level over the summer with ND Attack, showing the burst to get to the paint and make plays against elevated competition.

[player_tooltip player_id="1046335" first="Kolby" last="Vander Wal"], Northern Cass

Vander Wal is one of the best two-way swingmen in the state, combining great length with excellent shooting ability and tenacity. He’s capable of guarding every perimeter position and does a great job blending offensively as a cutter, spot up shooter and secondary playmaker.

[player_tooltip player_id="750182" first="Michael" last="Dunn"], St. John

Dunn’s been a catalyst for a very good St. John team each of the last two years and will have an opportunity to put up huge numbers as a senior. He shot it better from the 3-point line during his sophomore year than junior year, but is terrific when it comes to getting to the paint and finishing.

[player_tooltip player_id="750185" first="Jah’Heem" last="Leake"], West Fargo Sheyenne

Leake has as much potential as any big outside the top handful due to his athleticism and size on the interior. If he continues to progress on some of the fine-tune areas of the game, he’s a potential double-double guy and one of the best bigs in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id="731913" first="Alijah" last="Armstrong"], Fargo North

Armstrong is a waterbug point guard who can get wherever he wants on the floor and does a great job pushing the tempo. Despite his lack of size, he’s a terrific finisher and passer in close quarters, possessing an excellent floater and dynamic mid-range game. He just needs to put it all together. He’ll have a big opportunity to run the show for Fargo North as a senior.

[player_tooltip player_id="1046336" first="Mason" last="Martinson"], Oak Grove

Martinson had a solid junior season for the Grovers but enjoyed an excellent grassroots season with the Pentagon Schoolers, showcasing the burst to get to the paint and make plays, plus great energy on the defensive end of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1046337" first="Jordan" last="LeBeau"], Bismarck Century

LeBeau had a difficult junior season for the Patriots shooting the ball but he brings a lot to the game outside of offense. He’s a bulldog of a defender who plays a lot bigger than his listed height. He sets great screens, threatens the opposition as a pop guy and creates rebounding opportunities with his effort.

[player_tooltip player_id="998914" first="Shea" last="Carroll"], Jamestown

Carroll is a solid lead guard who can shoot it at a high level and make passes that a lot of guys can’t. He’s undersized and can struggle against bigger players, but he’s feisty and smart and plays with great energy.

[player_tooltip player_id="998915" first="Carter" last="Renz"], Linton/HMB

Renz has been an excellent complementary piece for Linton/HMB over the last couple seasons and has the tools to be an all-region type player on the wing. He’s excellent on both ends of the floor, as he’s a top-notch perimeter shooter who has expanded his offensive game, while also showing the ability to defend three positions.

[player_tooltip player_id="1046338" first="Seth" last="Robinson"], Midway/Minto

Robinson’s a long, skilled guard who can stuff the stat sheet in a big way. He scores it at a high rate, possessing long-range shooting plus the ability to get to the rim, makes plays for guys and defends multiple positions.

[player_tooltip player_id="998907" first="Khamani" last="Steckler"], Grand Forks Red River

Steckler is an imposing interior presence who can impact the game without taking a lot of shots. He’s an ox on the defensive end of the floor and can be a weapon as a screener, rim-runner and rebounder.

[player_tooltip player_id="998910" first="Lucas" last="Undlin"], Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood

MLS has been solid the last few years and Undlin has been a key component since his freshman season. He’s an excellent athlete and can create his shot against just about anybody, plus defend at a high level. He’s got All-Region potential.
