<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Here’s a quick look at the players rated 31-45:</span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="731893" first="Noah" last="Fredrickson"], Powers Lake</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fredrickson’s been the catalyst for a very good Powers Lake team each of the last two years, averaging double figures in scoring while taking on more responsibility as a playmaker and facilitator. His ability to influence a game goes beyond the raw numbers he puts up. And he’s got good length and the strength to guard multiple positions.</span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750162" first="Jacob" last="Hilgemann"], Jamestown</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hilgemann is a steady guard who can impact the game in a variety of ways. He’s got the size and strength to bully smaller guards and he’s excellent as a cutter off the ball. He isn’t going to wow people as a scorer, but he’s a quality decision-maker and capable of scoring at a steady rate. He’s got a sound overall floor game.</span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750173" first="Grant" last="Romfo"], LEM</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Romfo is a multi-sport stud for Langdon/Edmore/Munich and was the go-to guy for a top-10 Class B team. He’s got the size, strength and athleticism to dominate a game on both ends of the floor, and he can get hot from deep and roll offensively.</span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750164" first="Mason" last="Gravseth"], Grand Forks Central</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gravseth spent the grassroots season with ECI Selects and showed that he can produce against elevated competition. He’s not the tallest guy, but he’s strong and plays with great energy. </span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750171" first="Isaiah" last="Bundy-Smith"], Rugby</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bundy-Smith is an intriguing frontcourt talent because of his combination of size, athleticism and developing skill. He’s been a solid role player on a loaded Rugby team each of the last two yeast and, in doses, shown there’s more talent still to be tapped into. He’s got the mobility, finishing ability, passing skills and motor to have a terrific senior season. </span></p>
<p><strong>Keagen Woodbury, Bismarck Legacy</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Woodbury is one of the top returning guards in the WDA and averaged better than 11 points per game in his junior year. He’s a solid playmaker and while he needs to show he can shoot and take care of the ball more consistently, when he’s at his best, he’s a dynamic two-way player who can change the game. </span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="731890" first="Braden" last="DeKeyser"], Fargo Shanley</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">DeKeyser’s been a productive piece for Fargo Shanley each of the last two years and has the athleticism and skill to put up bigger numbers with more opportunity. He’s a good defender who impacts the game in a variety of ways with his ability to handle, make plays and create his own shot. </span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750178" first="Barika" last="Kpeenu"], West Fargo Sheyenne</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kpeenu is one of the best football prospects in the state and already committed to North Dakota State but could also be one of the best point guards in the EDC next winter. He puts a lot of pressure on opposing ballhandlers with his quickness and toughness and can get to the paint whenever he wants. He’ll spearhead a defense that should be among the best in the state.</span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750181" first="Steele" last="Hansen"], Oakes</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oakes has a chance to be one of the best teams in Class B next year and Hansen is part of what should be one of the best backcourts in the state. The 5-foot-11 combo averaged a double double while shooting nearly 60 percent from the field. He’s a physical presence on the perimeter and sets the tone on both ends of the floor.</span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="731915" first="Peyton" last="Zaun"], Valley City</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Zaun is a solid shooting guard prospect who has to do a lot for a Valley City team that doesn’t have a lot of natural scorers or playmakers. The 6-foot-2 lefty can stroke it from deep, get to the paint and defend up or down a lineup. He had a solid summer playing with ND Attack. </span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="731910" first="Max" last="Kobbervig"], Central Cass</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kobbervig is going to be one of the top returning lead guards in Class B and combines excellent long-range shooting with a consistent and stable floor game. He’ll have a big role as a senior for a Central Cass team that should be competitive in Region 1. </span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750180" first="Mason" last="Love"], Grand Forks Central</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Love is a solid lead guard from Grand Forks Central and while he didn’t shoot it all that well during his junior year, his impact on the game goes beyond his ability to score. He averaged four rebounds and six assists per game and parlayed that into a solid summer with ECI.</span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750183" first="Simon" last="Romfo"], LEM</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Romfo is a multi-sport stud for Langdon/Edmore/Munich and figures to be one of the best returning lead guards in Class B. Romfo influences the game in a variety of ways but his greatest strength comes from his ability to break down defenders and facilitate while supplying excellent perimeter defense across multiple positions. </span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="996110" first="Logan" last="Schaubert"], Bismarck</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Schaubert was a breakout guy for a very good Bismarck team during his junior year and brings excellent 3-point shooting (37 percent on more than five attempts per game) and perimeter defense to the table. He’s an athletic wing who competes on the glass, pressures opposing ball handlers and excels without needing the ball on offense.</span></p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="750187" first="Alex" last="Barbot"], Grand Forks Central</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Barbot had a solid summer playing with ECI and showed he can impact the game in a number of ways. He’s got good size on the wing and his forte is long-range shooting. He knocked down 36 percent from the 3-point line in his junior year on nearly seven attempts per game. </span></p>
