The new PrepHoops C/O 2023 rankings have been released! These are our most extensive rankings to date with over 50 players making the list. In our initial release, we broke down the top 5. In this article, we breakdown prospects #21-30.

[player_tooltip player_id="985628" first="Giali" last="Chapman"] 6’0 CG Mojave (#21) Chapman is one of the top Combo guards in his class. Can score in iso situations or run the point. Mojave is absolutely loaded and Chapman is a big part of the reason why.

[player_tooltip player_id="940476" first="Ethan" last="Goon"] 6’6 PF Bishop Manogue (#22) - Goon is a young prospect with good size. He contributed for the Miners last season as a freshman. The 6’6 post averaged just under 4 per game but had a huge breakout performance against McQueen when he went for 21.

[player_tooltip player_id="985622" first="Osvaldo" last="Biebrich"] 6’5 PF Desert Pines (#23) - Biebrich is a hard-working low post player. Almost a throwback, Biebrich will defend and rebound for you at a high level.

[player_tooltip player_id="1056982" first="Fern" last="Talavera"] 6’4 PF Mojave (#24) - Talavera is another young Mojave player on the list. He is a low post defender, that finishes well around the basket with his strong hand.

[player_tooltip player_id="940474" first="Niko" last="Canencia"] 5’7 PG Legacy (#25) - Crafty lefty with a good understanding of how to separate from defenders. Canencia won’t beat you with his athletic ability, however, he is good at changing heights and speeds.

[player_tooltip player_id="1032090" first="Dominic" last="Ervin"] 6’1 SF (#26) - High motor player that competes with relentless effort. Ervin is a decent athlete that can turn defense into offense.

[player_tooltip player_id="1006751" first="Stephen" last="Ramsey"] 6’3 PF Valley (#27) - Long-limbed prospect that is just scraping the surface of his potential. Ramsey is a good rebounder off both the offensive and defensive backboards. While still raw he can finish down low with his strong hand.

[player_tooltip player_id="940475" first="Elijah" last="Burney"] 5’9 PG Centennial (#28) - Burney is a tough shot-making PG. He is good at creating for himself or serving as a floor-spacing 1 when playing off the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id="988534" first="Leyton" last="Barr"] 5’10 SG Faith Lutheran (#29) - Barr will be getting some ink in my upcoming underatted shooters issue. Effective off catch and shoot situations, Barr displays textbook form and a quick trigger.

[player_tooltip player_id="1032098" first="Jamir" last="McNeal"] 6’2 SF Mojave (#30) - Good looking physical specimen with long arms and a solid frame. McNeal can defend 1 through 3 and is yet another weapon for coach Clark and the Rattlers.
