We’ve learned quite a bit through three sessions at I95 Coalition. Now seems like a good time to recap what we’ve seen so far. Here are some of the rebounders we’ve seen during our time in the gym.

[player_tooltip player_id="957033" first="Malik" last="Bowman"] | Prospect U/Bishop Walsh (MD) '23

Bowman is a physically gifted wing with good size to go along with a broad frame and tremendous hands. He rebounds on both ends of the floor and is particularly adept at doing so out of his area.

[player_tooltip player_id="902014" first="Daouda" last="Dembele"] | Team S.T.A.T/Springbrook (MD) '21

Dembele is one of the more productive per-minute rebounders I’ve seen. He’s relentless on the offensive boards and does a nice job using his sturdy frame to box out consistently on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id="902032" first="Bobby" last="Hill"] | Team S.T.A.T/Reservoir (MD) '21

The reigning Howard County Player of the Year, Hill is a threat to record a double-double each time he hits the court. He has great hands and coordination which in conjunction with his size gives him a relative advantage on the glass.

[player_tooltip player_id="904633" first="Preston" last="Howard"] | Team Melo/McDonogh (MD) ’22

One thing that you won’t ever question with Howard is effort. He is a flat-out enforcer in the paint who competes fiercely on every play and must be accounted for on the rebounding front.

Jordan Kwende | District Basketball Club/Springbrook (MD) ’22

Kwende is a solid interior presence who has reliable hands that assist him in his efforts to rebound the ball in traffic. Once he gets his hands on the ball, he is a safe bet to keep possession.
