Recruiting Update

<p>The last few days have been busy on the recruiting trail. As players and coaches adjust to this summer’s ’normal’, the offers are coming in. Here is some of the activity over the last couple of days:</p> <p><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/06/PHGenericRU.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-1003754" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/06/PHGenericRU-300x187.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="187" /></a></p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="611401" first="Jaden" last="Akins"] (2021, PG, Farmington)</strong></p> <p>- Narrowed down to his top 6 schools:  DePaul, Florida, Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, and Northwestern. </p> <p>Akins is a playmaking guard that has long been a coveted high major prospect. His eventual commitment will be national news. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="863948" first="Cooper" last="Craggs"] (2022, PF, Catholic Central)</strong></p> <p>- Received an offer from Oakland University. </p> <p>Craggs is a quickly rising prospect. He moves incredibly well for a post player and has the versatility to go with it. This is the first D1 offer for Craggs. I certainly expect more to follow. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="811102" first="Ethan" last="Emerzian"] (2021, PG, Troy)</strong></p> <p>- Received an offer from Rochester University.</p> <p>Emerzian is a smooth release shooter with in the gym range. He can light up a scoreboard when he’s feeling his jumper. Emerzian will be a valuable point guard addition at the next level. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="611485" first="Linden" last="Holder"] (2021, PG, Warren De La Salle)</strong></p> <p>- Received an offer from Rochester University.</p> <p>It looks like Holder is finally getting some of the recognition that he deserves. He was long underrated, so it’s good to see the offers pick up. Holder will provide a college coach with a steady floor general that runs an offense efficiently. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="787680" first="Jack" last="Karasinski"] (2022, SF, Grand Rapidd Catholic Central)</strong></p> <p>- Received an offer from Western Michigan University.</p> <p>Karasinski is one of the most athletic wings in the state. He’s solid with the ball and is a very dependable finisher. Karasinski has the tools to score at the next level. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="787685" first="Kyler" last="Vanderjagt"] (2022, SG, Northview)</strong></p> <p>- Received an offer from Rice University.</p> <p>- Received an offer from Western Michigan University.</p> <p>This could be just the beginning for Vanderjagt. He’s a smooth shooter that can bury a triple, even when contested. Vanderjagt has college ready size and strength. </p>
