The Jersey Shore Predators may be one of the newer teams on the circuit, but do not overlook them. They are filled with talented players who are capable of making an impact on the next level. Some of these players have already created a name for themselves on the scene, while others are ready for the moment. Here are the top stock risers from the Jersey Shore Predators.

Jack Savare, 6’3 SG Ocean Township 2021

The Spartans have to replace the departures of Jack and Corey Miller, but Savare is ready for a bigger role in the offense. The 6’3 guard has a nice spin move, which he uses to create space for himself in the paint. Savare has a good release on his shot and moves well off the ball. He can also finish around the basket and has a nice handle. Injuries have hurt Savare, but he is ready to be the lead guy for Ocean Township in 2020-21.

Timothy Evidente, 5’10 PG Princeton 2021

Princeton loses its top scorer in Gefer Bar-Cohen, but the Little Tigers have a strong point guard in Evidente. The 5’10 guard is a thief in the backcourt as he had a string of seven straight games with at least four steals. Evidente attacks the basket hard and is not of afraid of contact. He has a good feel for the game and knows how to involve his teammates in the halfcourt. Evidente is ready for a bigger scoring role for a Princeton team looking for a strong 2020-21 season.

Luke Farrell, 6’5 SG/SF St. Rose 2022

The Purple Roses are looking to replace NYU commit [player_tooltip player_id="850402" first="John" last="Beattie"] in 2019-20 and Farrell is ready for the opportunity. The 6’5 wing is a good shooter who can shoot over his defender and has a quick release. Farrell is more than just a shooter as he can attack the basket and finish above the rim. He is a good rebounder and knows how to block shots. St. Rose will be a solid team again next season with Farrell getting more touches on offense.

[player_tooltip player_id="929522" first="Maurice" last="Johnson"], 6’4 SF Colonia 2021

Johnson had a strong season for St. Joe’s Metuchen, but will be thrust into a bigger scoring role for Colonia. The 6’4 forward is a solid finisher around the basket and knows how to score through contact. Johnson is a tough rebounder and does his best work on defense. He is one of the better shot-blockers in the GMC despite standing only 6’4. Colonia have made the last two North 2 Group 3 title games and the Patriots will be looking for their third straight appearance with Johnson down low.

A.J. Po, 6’3 SG/SF Monmouth Regional 2021

The Falcons may have only won four games last season, but they are ready to bounce back as almost everyone returns, including Po. The 6’3 wing is at his best attacking the basket as he uses his strong frame to draw contact around the basket. Po is more than just a driver as he can handle the ball on the perimeter and knock down three-pointers. He is a strong rebounder and knows how to play in the flow of an offense. Second leading scorer Kiran Desai also returns for Monmouth Regional, creating a solid one-two punch with him and Po.
