<p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at the top Class of 2021 forward from Missouri from last weekend’s Prep Hoops Havoc in the Heartland in Fishers, IN.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="994434" first="Sekou" last="Gassama"] 6’10" Gateway: The lengthy athletic big from DeSmet had himself an outstanding weekend. His highlight was a 17-foot baseline buzzer-beater that put his team into the championship round. He scored well around the basket consistently and took the contact inside while also stepping out to hit his mid-range jumpers off the catch. As always, he was a problem on defense with his length and shot blocking ability.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="583712" first="Yaya" last="Keita"] 6’9" Gateway: The athletic big from DeSmet played with his usual activity and intensity around the basket. He really controls the defensive boards as well as protecting the rim with his shot blocking. He loves to run the court and he had a few coast to coast slam dunks after his own steals.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="824180" first="Lance" last="Hackney"] 6’7" Gateway-Knights: A big-bodied post player from Lutheran-St. Charles who was very active around the basket as a scorer and rebounder. He has an effective jump hook and he can score with both hands. He was also very good on the offensive boards.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="824196" first="John" last="Wilson"] 6’5" Gateway-Knights: A 285-pound beefalo from St. Charles West who is an excellent offensive lineman prospect in football, but works well on the basketball court. He moves pretty well and can really rebound out of his own area at both ends. He is tough in the post where he can seal and use his body to create space.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="824151" first="Jack" last="Lawson"] 6’7" Gateway: A versatile combo forward who did a nice job playing off his bigger teammates. He is a good passing who can step out and knock down a jumper. He worked the baseline well and found the open spots and finished well around the basket.</p>
