The E’s may not be the deepest group talent wise but they Definitely have some college talent. Let’s jump right in take a look at a few of the top prospect that have a first name that starts with the letter “E”.

Cape Fear Academy Senior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="833298" first="Emmanuel" last="Bonsu"]: One of the better players in the Wilmington area, he was named Player of The Year by Costal Preps after averaging 15 Points a night and helping his team finish with a 22-8 record. Next season he will be taking his talent to Stonehill College and we feel he will make a nice contribution at the college level once he gets settled in.

Louisburg HS Junior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="533518" first="Elijah" last="Jamison"]: He’s one of the best scorers in the state, averaging over 26 Points a night for his high school career. However scoring is only one of his strong attributes, as he does a nice job of rebounding the ball at a high level as well. High Major programs should definitely be giving him a call and offering.

Millbrook HS Junior Forward [player_tooltip player_id="574413" first="Eric" last="Van Der Heijden"]: It seems as if he picks up a new D1 offer every week, with the latest coming from another ACC program. He’s got the height, and upside of a college prospect so obviously schools have taken notice. Last season he averaged 12 Points, 6 Rebounds & 5 Assist while helping his team achieve a 23-4 record.

Wilson Prep Junior Forward [player_tooltip player_id="848061" first="Eric" last="Wynn"]: This truly could be a breakout year for him as he will have more eyes on him and he’s gotten himself into nice overall shape. A legit 6’8/6’9 player that can play inside the paint or step out and shoot it from three point land, his phone should be ringing sooner than later.

Piedmont Classical Junior Wing [player_tooltip player_id="833099" first="Evan" last="Joyner"]: The Tennessee State commit is a player that has plenty of upside in his 6’7 frame. He has a long wingspan and a nice overall feel for the game, which allows him to make an impact in various ways. Athletic ability is probably the attribute that catches your attention early on as he makes plays above the rim on both ends.
