<p>With hope and anticipation of the start of the AAU season, we begin our look at some of the top AAU teams in the state. Over the next few weeks, we will spotlight teams and some of the top players to watch. Today, we are looking at Grand Park Premier 2021 UA Rise</p>

<p><strong>One Player To Watch: </strong>[player_tooltip player_id="874155" first="Austin" last="Ezell"]</p>
<p><span data-sheets-value="{"1":2,"2":"Austin is a tall lead guard that has a nice scoring mentality. He’s not overwhelming with his approach but does well to always fill up the stat sheet. He’s great from the wing as a catch-and-shoot guy, looking to pull up at a moments notice. He’s also really good as a point guard who can split defenders and dish off at a high level. Really like his motor and the speed he plays with. Always seems to be up tempo and really have that pace that makes others around him step up a bit."}" data-sheets-userformat="{"2":33569707,"3":{"1":0},"4":[null,2,16777215],"6":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":[null,2,14277081]},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":1},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"8":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":[null,2,12040119]},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":1},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"10":1,"11":3,"12":0,"14":[null,2,0],"15":"Montserrat","16":6,"28":1}">Austin is a tall lead guard that has a nice scoring mentality. He loves to get out and run and keep the game up-tempo which allows him to show off possibly the best part of his game, the art of dishing and finishing on a fastbreak. </span></p>

<p><span data-sheets-value="{"1":2,"2":"Benny is a solid off guard with a good frame and some room to grow. Great size and has enough strength now plus a ton of room down the road. He’s a good shooter who hit a pair of triples early off the catch. Does have the ability to put it on the floor and drive a bit but has some length to help him finish. A little aggressive at times and can get hot if you feed him."}" data-sheets-userformat="{"2":33569707,"3":{"1":0},"4":[null,2,16777215],"6":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":[null,2,14277081]},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":1},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"8":{"1":[{"1":2,"2":0,"5":[null,2,12040119]},{"1":0,"2":0,"3":1},{"1":1,"2":0,"4":1}]},"10":1,"11":3,"12":0,"14":[null,2,0],"15":"Montserrat","16":6,"28":1}">Benny is a solid off guard with a good frame and some room to grow. He has good size, and he knows how to use his size and strength inside. He can also knock down shots from the outside as he shot 37% from behind the arc this winter. He has shown that he can get hot at times, but he has also been highly inconsistent. He has the chance to show us this summer that he can be the top-level player that we are looking for.</span></p>
<p><strong>One Player That Should Surprise: </strong>[player_tooltip player_id="963906" first="Lane" last="Lauderbaugh"]</p>
<p>Lauderbaugh had a breakout season for South Decatur this past winter, and if he can put the same kind of campaign together this summer, he will certainly surprise some coaches and teams. Lauderbaugh did it all for South Decatur with 23 points and 12 rebounds per game. He knows how to position himself in the lane to score with ease, and he certainly has the potential to catch the eye of some coaches this summer.</p>
