The change in the recruiting cycle is going to be a big change for everyone. Right as we thought we were going to be getting out on the road, we get shut down. So, in order to spend as much effort as we can in getting players seen, we are going to do what we call, 3-Packs.

With these, we want to highlight 3 players who are similar in class and position. Get some time to dive into some quick thoughts, stat breakdowns, and film. Today, we are looking at 2021 Centers in [player_tooltip player_id="874167" first="Christian" last="DeCosta"], [player_tooltip player_id="569378" first="Luke" last="Fowler"], and [player_tooltip player_id="874121" first="Riley" last="Duncan"].

[player_tooltip player_id="874167" first="Christian" last="DeCosta"] – 6’7 C 2021 – Cardinal Ritter (IN)
Stats: N/A
Thoughts: DeCosta is a tall forward with good length and a solid frame. Arguably his best skill is being able to be at the right spot on the court and being able to locate where the ball is. Pretty good on the pick-and-pop and has a solid release. Still is a little bit raw at times and still needs to work on his posting. Also is a pretty aggressive rebounding and his height really helps that. DeCosta is the type of player with the right coaching that could turn out to be a solid stretch big. Just on his size and potential alone, there is a good amount of upside in him.

[player_tooltip player_id="569378" first="Luke" last="Fowler"] – 6’7 C 2021 – Mooresville (IN)
Stats: 10.4 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 3.3 apg
Thoughts: Fowler is a stretch 5 that can do a little bit of everything. He looks as though he has gotten consistently better over the years and has really worked on his game. Does a good job in mixing in his post play along with stepping out and being able to knock down the outside jumper. Tries to be a play-maker on the court a lot of the times. Needs to add some more strength and maybe try to make his body a little bit leaner. Overall, Fowler is a solid big that can provide a ton of different options on the court.

[player_tooltip player_id="874121" first="Riley" last="Duncan"] – 6’10 C 2021 – Cowan (IN)
Stats: 15.7 ppg, 9.8 rpg, 2.6 bpg
Thoughts: Duncan is a massive post prospect who is a beast in the post area. He has a huge frame on him and often times is bigger than the defender that is guarding him. He is an interesting big because it never looks like he slows down when on the court. He moves well for his size and has a great motor on him. He is also shown at times that he can knock down a mid-range jumper from time to time. Duncan is one of the better centers in the 2021 class. Should start getting a good amount of offers here soon.
