As we know every team needs some size that can get the job done on both ends of the court. Whether it’s interior offense, shot blocking or rebounding, these bigs in the class of 2021 have shown they can get the job done . Wilson Prep Forward [player_tooltip player_id="848061" first="Eric" last="Wynn"]: He has a nice mixture of skill and size, he can use his size in the post or step out and shoot the deep ball. Over the last year he’s gotten his body into much better shape which has led to him being able to produce at a higher level for longer stretches. Farmville Central Forward [player_tooltip player_id="838031" first="Leontae" last="Moye"]: After winning back to back state championships, this season will be huge for him as his role will be larger than its ever been before. He finishes very well above the rim offensively and blocks shots at a nice rate on the defensive end. Wayne Country Day Forward [player_tooltip player_id="838050" first="Howvante" last="Hutcherson"]: Has a chance to be a special prospect if he stays locked in on both ends of the floor. Size, skill and upside are all attributes that stand out about him, and it’s what will attract the college coaches. WCD will be a team that competes for a championship and will need him to contribute if they want to be successful. Trinity Christian Forward [player_tooltip player_id="838058" first="Robert" last="Wright"]: Many say that the days of physical play are done but Robert is a player that still brings an old school type of toughness. Constantly mixing it up inside the paint and using his physique to battle with the opposing bigs. He has good hands and is a valuable asset to the TCS squad for next season. West Columbus Forward [player_tooltip player_id="838064" first="Brandis" last="Kelly"]: Power 5 football programs have already shown a high amount of interest but he’s talented on the basketball court as well. He’s a consistent double/double threat and is very agile for a player his size. West Columbus is always a dangerous team in the NCHSAA 1A so don’t expect anything different this year.
