3-Pack: 2021 Forwards To Watch

<p>The change in the recruiting cycle is going to be a big change for everyone. Right as we thought we were going to be getting out on the road, we get shut down. So, in order to spend as much effort as we can in getting players seen, we are going to do what we call, 3-Packs. </p> <p>With these, we want to highlight 3 players who are similar in class and position. Get some time to dive into some quick thoughts, stat breakdowns, and film. Today, we are looking at 2021 Forwards in [player_tooltip player_id="963941" first="Caden" last="Eicks"], [player_tooltip player_id="647193" first="Douglas" last="Konieczny"], and [player_tooltip player_id="874161" first="Kyle" last="Reasoner"]. </p> <p style="text-align: center;"><iframe src="//www.hudl.com/embed/video/3/10456966/5e813978bd74ff09dc5949e5" width="640" height="360" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe></p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="963941" first="Caden" last="Eicks"] – 6’6 PF 2021 – Lapel (IN)</strong><br /> <strong>Stats</strong>: N/A <br /> <strong>Thoughts</strong>: Eicks is a tall power forward with a good amount of strength. He often does most of his scoring around the post area and hardly ever steps out from there. Really solid at locating the ball and posting up. Also solid at being at the right spot at the right time. Would like to see him add just a tad more speed to his playing style. He shoots the ball extremely well and is very creative with his scoring. His confidence seems to pair well along with his athleticism. Over the years, he has done a good job in adding some more weight and strength to his frame but there is still room to add even more. He has already committed to Notre Dame so one would think he would want to go out with a bang in his final high school year. Over the years, he has gotten better at creating his own shot on and off the ball. He’s best when he’s shooting and has the ability to put the ball on the floor for pull-ups in the mid-range and beyond the arc. Has a good motor on him and plays with a ton of energy. One of the better parts of his game is his willingness to make the much needed "hustle plays." Pretty strong right now but still needs to add some strength. Expect Reasoner to have a great senior season.   </p>
