[player_tooltip player_id="833337" first="Vernon" last="Fraley"] Jr.: Mary Baldwin

Fraley is a 6-foot-5 forward that can do a little bit if everything on the hardwood. He’s a burden in the post and on the glass and a solid shooter and passer on the perimeter. He’ll be fun to watch at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id="833165" first="Stephen" last="Minor"]: Queens University

Consider Minor yet another steal for Queens University when it comes to recruiting the state. He’ll be a solid addition in the backcourt alongside Kalib Mathews, another member of the 2020 recruiting class. Minor knows when to score and when to pass and is a strong guard on both ends.

[player_tooltip player_id="833151" first="Trent" last="McIntyre"]: UNC-Pembroke

After winning yet another state title at Piedmont Classical in 2019-29, McIntyre will take his talents to a program on the rise in UNC-Pembroke. He’s a player that can play multiple positions on the floor at 6-foot-4, making him a versatile threat on the hardwood.

[player_tooltip player_id="833335" first="Demarcus" last="McLaurin"]: UNC-Pembroke

McLaurin is another prospect UNC-Pembroke picked up in the state. He put up 13.8 ppg, 8.6 rpg, 1.3 spg and 1.2 apg this past season in the rotation for Laney. He’ll be one to keep an eye on in the frontcourt.

[player_tooltip player_id="833136" first="Jeremiah" last="Dickerson"]: Paine College

He drew in a ton of offers from schools but ultimately, he decided on Paine College. Dickerson will bring a lot of grit and toughness to a young squad looking for its identity. They’ll be young but his ability to make his presence known should carry him in Year 1.

[player_tooltip player_id="833184" first="Phillip" last="Martin Jr."]: Piedmont College

Martin joins a program in Piedmont College that shot 36.8 percent from 3-point range in 2019-20. He shot 32 percent from behind the arc while averaging 17.3 ppg, 2.6 apg, 2.5 rpg and 2.5 spg. He’s a combo guard that can make an impact on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="833305" first="Jay" last="Hickman"]: Mars Hill

Hickman is a 6-foot-2 sharpshooter that worked wonders on the wing for Northwood Temple Academy as they won the NCISAA 1A State crown. He put up 14.2 ppg while shooting 39 percent from behind the arc, something that will be a positive addition in the Mars Hill backcourt.
