Greater Houston’s Top 25 Pound for Pound is a list of 25 prospects regardless of the graduating class. In volume 2 we will feature the prospects ranked 6th - 10th.

6.) [player_tooltip player_id="781886" first="P.J." last="Haggerty"] 6’2” SG | 2022 | Crosby

PJ is the second-best Greater Houston prospect in his class and is still a top prospect pound for pound. He is a big-time shot-maker from deep. He can run the point but his best attribute is off the ball. He has a knack for drawing fouls and has great control of his body.

7.) [player_tooltip player_id="779859" first="Josh" last="Farmer"] 6’8 F | 2021 | Sharpstown

Josh is a long and athletic forward who is most dominant in the post and inside the paint area. He is uber bouncy and won’t hesitate to put you in the rim. He has a really good handle on the ball and feel for the game. He is trying to mold his game into that of a small forward and can knock down the outside jumper and has the speed and quickness. It will be very interesting to see how his senior campaign turns out.

8.) Ronald Holmes 6’4” CG | 2021 | Northside

QB1 Mr. Holmes is a very tough guard that could play both the one and off the ball. He scores well in the mid-range game and attacking the basket. A very scrappy on-ball defender with great lateral movement. His football build and strength allow him to impose his will on the court. He is also a very unselfish guard on the floor.

9.) [player_tooltip player_id="887072" first="Aaron" last="Scott"] 6’6” SF | 2021 | Klein Oak

Aaron was a walking double-double the entire season. His game has grown tremendously as he played more comfortable in his body. He scored inside and out. Was a rebounding machine and finishes above the rim. He is also much stronger with his back to the basket and in the post.

10.) [player_tooltip player_id="887052" first="Noah" last="Kon"] 6’1” PG | 2021 | Houston Christian

Noah is a score-first point that does have a nice court vision. He plays bully ball and is able to because of his strength when attacking the basket. He finishes very well around the rim at a high rate and is also very bouncy. His jumper has improved a lot over the season.
