With strong winters the following members of the Class of 2020 landed top 200 in Tennessee.

The lower-numbered rankings suggest highest college success.

#77 [player_tooltip player_id="954787" first="Travontae" last="Powell"] (Covington)

The lefty craftsman, [player_tooltip player_id="954787" first="Travontae" last="Powell"] makes it look too easy. Few players in Tennessee feature a quicker, more compact shooting motion. When the pass hits Powell’s hands he is already churning it out for inspection. As he matured throughout his career, Powell became completely dominant on the offensive end.

#83 [player_tooltip player_id="954788" first="Rayquan" last="Verge"] (Watertown)

Wildly bouncy and athletic. The explosion of Verge made him an anomoly in 8AA. The diminuitive guard finished 2018-2019 like a rocket destined for outerspace and continued his dominance this whole year.

#97 [player_tooltip player_id="954789" first="Kaemon" last="Prude"] (MASE)

[player_tooltip player_id="954789" first="Kaemon" last="Prude"] is a lean, slippery wing guard for MASE. In his senior season, Prude averaged approximately 20 ppg, 6 rpg. He is a full qualifier with attention from LeMoyne, Bristol Prep, Walters State, Eastern Oklahoma State, and Lane College.

#102 [player_tooltip player_id="954790" first="Cameron" last="George"] (William Blount)

Really nice, naturally athletic combo forward. George gave defenders fits each of the last two seasons. Truthfully, [player_tooltip player_id="954790" first="Cameron" last="George"] belonged in the PrepHoopsTN Top 200 earlier, but he was simply unseen by our searching eye.

[player_tooltip player_id="954790" first="Cameron" last="George"] Too Strong

[player_tooltip player_id="954790" first="Cameron" last="George"] (William Blount) was and is a physical specimen. George showed off his versatility breaking the press and also scoring with two and three defenders on him when inside. George, though not the only successful player down deep, found plenty of points in the paint.

Farragut’s defenders tried to give two men to the block out of Cameron. It simply didn’t work most of the time. Cameron rose above or bodied-away the opposing rebounders. He didn’t have a physical equal from the Admirals.

#109 [player_tooltip player_id="954791" first="Robby" last="Geron"] (Farragut)

Smooth scorer. Geron is well-respected throughout 4AAA. Farragut started the season scalding hot with 7 straight wins, including victories over Fulton and Alcoa. Then, they plummeted. Throughout Geron created and scored from the guard position. He will wind up on a college team next year. A handful of D1 programs are inquiring about his interest in a preferred walk-on role. Right now he is open to all options. Season averages: 15 points per game, 7 rebounds per game, 6 assists per game.
