The change in the recruiting cycle is going to be a big change for everyone. Right as we thought we were going to be getting out on the road, we get shut down. So, in order to spend as much effort as we can in getting players seen, we are going to do what we call, 3-Packs.
With these, we want to highlight 3 players who are similar in class and position. Get some time to dive into some quick thoughts, stat breakdowns, and film. Thoughts: Hughes is a big body that has a ton of length. An extremely good rebounder and does a good job in getting his team second chance points. Pretty solid handles and plays with some explosiveness. Might look a little raw at times but not too often. Could maybe work on being a little quicker and stronger as well but has a good amount of that already. Currently has offers from Western Illinois, New Orleans, Ball State, Evansville, and lots of others. Has the drive to get better. Hughes is one of the top power forwards in the state.

Thoughts: Sparks is a bully of a Center. Really can take over the post with ease. He is built like a bull and is so strong that opposing players have a tough time with him. Very good shot blocker as well. Just plays with a lot of explosiveness and power on both ends of the court. He’s athletic and quick for his size. Physically, he is just on another level. Currently has offers from Taylor and Miami (Ohio) and could get a few more this upcoming year. Sparks can make a case for the best center in the 2021 Class.

Thoughts: What a year this top PF prospect just had. Averaging nearly a double-double, Kaufman was able to snag the prestigious Indiana Gatorade Player Of The Year. This power forward has a wide range of skills. Can shoot, play the post, rebound, defend, and do pretty much anything you ask of him to do. Really is the type of player that can take over a game. Easily one of the top prospects, he has offers from pretty much everywhere with schools like Indiana, Purdue, Louisville, Xavier, and plenty of others. With all these top 2021 prospects making decisions on which school they are going too, one should suspect Kaufman to do the same.Kaufman is in for a special senior season.
