[player_tooltip player_id="946268" first="Nolan" last="Puckett"], 6’0, G, 2022, Salina Central
UR to 62

Another Central standout who can defend, score from 3-point range and make solid plays. Pucket is a nice player who can hit shots from range and shows good handles and the ability to score inside as well. Also a tall guard on the perimeter who defends the ball and can force turnovers and shows good strength.

[player_tooltip player_id="946253" first="Julian" last="Gallegos"], G, 2022, Bishop Miege
UR to 53

A guard who sees time as a defender and role piece for Bishop Miege. He has been able to score and has found ways to contest shots and force turnovers and transition looks for his team. Gallegos improves the more he plays and looks to play whatever role his team asks of him.

[player_tooltip player_id="952432" first="Jose" last="Guzman"], 5’8, G, 2022, Ness City
UR to 54

A tough all-around guard who can make plays on the perimeter and work inside some. Guzman averaged 7.2 points, two assists and two steals per game as a sophomore. He shows promise given his speed and creativity with the ball and is a scrappy defender who likes to stay in front of his man.

[player_tooltip player_id="952447" first="Carson" last="Kieffer"], 6’1, G, 2022, Hays
UR to 52

A solid two-way sophomore guard who can handle the ball some, rebound and facilitate. He is a pass first guard who has good size at 6’1 and solid athleticism. He is a capable scorer and looks to score from 3-point range, around the glass and from the free throw line. Kieffer just knows how to make plays and really showed a lot of potential as the season came to a close. He averaged eight points, 4.1 assists, 3.7 rebounds and one steal per game for the season but he showed a nice burst in scoring near the end of their schedule.

[player_tooltip player_id="952449" first="Tyler" last="Schultze"], 5’10, PG, 2022, DeSoto
UR to 58

Schultze is a smaller guard who can defend the ball, contest shots on the perimeter and make plays in transition. He’s quick to get back on defense and has an eye for passing lanes. That said, Schultze is a scoring threat who makes a terrific splash from 3-point range. He moves well off the ball but is also good at stepping back and creating outside shots with his dribble.
