2021 Rankings Update: Top Big Men Outside the Top 100 (Part II)

He needs to improve his touch around the bucket offensively. </p> <hr /> <h3 style="text-align: center;">[player_tooltip player_id="964930" first="Christian" last="Tidiane"] | PF | Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln</h3> <p>An efficient forward who led the Lynx in rebounding and blocked 38 shots. He's a good athlete who runs the floor well and can finish at the bucket with either hand. </p> <hr /> <h3 style="text-align: center;">[player_tooltip player_id="964931" first="Jack" last="Gehling"] | PF | Beckman Catholic</h3> <p>An active big man with good hands, Gehling runs the floor and finishes at the rim. He led the Tigers in rebounding and averaged 6.3 points on 57% shooting. </p> <hr /> <h3 style="text-align: center;">[player_tooltip player_id="964938" first="Kelin" last="Jones"] | PF | Carroll</h3> <p>A big man on a team full of 3-point shooters, he showed that he can pass it a bit and is an efficient scorer on the block who does a lot of his damage off of offensive rebounds. He's a 79% free-throw shooter, so a little bit of extended range could be in his future. </p> <hr /> <h3 style="text-align: center;">[player_tooltip player_id="964901" first="Caden" last="Thomas"] | PF | Wapello</h3> <p>An efficient forward with decent size at 6-5, Thomas can protect the rim and score around the bucket. He's a solid free-throw shooter, so some additional range could be coming. </p> <hr /> <h3 style="text-align: center;">[player_tooltip player_id="796184" first="Caiden" last="Atienza"] | PF | Maquoketa</h3> <p>A raw young big man who runs the floor really well and has good hands. He has a fairly limited offensive skill set but has good size and athleticism. </p> <hr /> <h3 style="text-align: center;">[player_tooltip player_id="964910" first="Luke" last="DeMeulenaere"] | PF | Belle Plaine</h3> <p>An undersized forward who does a good job getting position and playing high-low basketball at the 1A level. He averaged 15 points a game on 46% shooting. </p> <hr /> <h3 style="text-align: center;">[player_tooltip player_id="796200" first="Matthew" last="Voll"] | PF | Ankeny Christian Academy</h3> <p>A transfer from Ankeny Centennial, Voll is a solid rebounder and scorer around the bucket. He needs to continue adding some range to his game. </p> <hr /> <h3 style="text-align: center;">[player_tooltip player_id="965113" first="Josh" last="Dieckman"] | PF | Muscatine</h3> <p>A 6-6 forward with good size, Dieckman is agile and has good hands. He's a viable rim protector who blocked 23 shots, and he can score on the block. He's also capable of stepping out and knocking down an occasional 3. </p>
