Top small school 2020s of Northeast KS

<p>Small schools in Northeast Kansas were led by some impressive seniors this year.</p> <p>Here are the top 2020s of the area:</p> <p><strong>Gabe Garber, senior, Sabetha:</strong></p> <p>The multi-sport star will suit up for the Kansas University football team next fall. But he tore it up on the basketball court for the Sabetha Blue Jays. The 5-foot-10 senior averaged 18.4 and had several huge outings. He ripped Wamego for 34 points, and had 29 against Rock Creek and 28 against Holton.</p> <p><strong>Kamble Haverkamp, senior, Centralia:</strong></p> <p>The 6-foot senior is headed to play football at Butler County. He averaged 12 points per game and was an athletic and tough leader for the perennial power.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="885591" first="Cameron" last="Heiman"], senior, Northern Heights:</strong></p> <p>The 2A all-stater was a solid leader throughout his senior campaign, averaging just shy of 20 points per game. Heiman scorched Wabaunsee with 30 points at sub-state, then tallied 21 in the season-ending loss to Lyndon.</p> <p><strong>Kobe Johnson, senior, Ottawa:</strong></p> <p>The 6-foot-5 senior averaged 16 points a game en route to 4A all-state honors for the 16-7 Cyclones. His 9-11 shooting for 23 points against Washburn Rural.</p> <p><strong>Jaxson Pope, senior, McClouth:</strong></p> <p>The 6-foot-8 Pope averaged 17.4 points and 11.0 rebounds on the season. He assured McLouth’s trip to the sub-state final with 28 against Oskaloosa. In the loss to Valley Heights, he tallied 18.</p> <p><strong>Tee Preisner, senior, Northern Heights: </strong></p> <p>The 6-foot-2 was a beast on the boards, collecting 11.0 per game, along with 14.4 rebounds.
