<p>The regular season and post season is in the books in the Palmetto State. Lets take a look at the Class 4A and 5A State Championship Games right here on your source for basketball coverage in the Palmetto State Prep Hoops. </p>
<p><strong>Class 4A - Ridge View HS defeated Myrtle Beach HS 69-59. The Blazers 3-Peat and next season will move to Class 5A</strong></p>
<p>The Blazers fended off a feisty Myrtle Beach HS team to win a 3rd straight State Championship under Head Coach Yerrick Stoneman. The Blazers were playing with some heavy hearts with the recent loss of Jason "Crow" Anderson. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="927498" first="Tyler" last="Rice"]</strong> (2021) was great all game long for the Blazers and led the charge with 23 points, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="843566" first="Cincere" last="Scott"]</strong> (2020) 16 points, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="536246" first="Javon" last="Benson"]</strong> (2020) 14 points and<strong> Patrick Jenkins</strong> added 13 points. Benson will play next season at the University of South Carolina. </p>
<p>The Seahawks making the first appearance of a team from Horry County in 12 years in Colonial Life Arena. The Seahawks finished the season at (20-9) under Head Coach Craig Martin. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="751272" first="Emorie" last="Knox"]</strong> a Charleston Southern University signee scored 16 points, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="840217" first="JJ" last="Jones"]</strong> (2021) added 14 points while junior guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="840211" first="Ayden" last="Hickman"]</strong> (2021) scored 10 points. </p>
<p><strong>Class 5A - Dorman HS defeated Dutch Fork HS 65-46 The Cavaliers win a 4th straight Class 5A State Championship. </strong></p>
<p>The Cavaliers (30-1) have now won 28 straight games this season and 59 games in a row vs South Carolina teams. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="567766" first="Myles" last="Tate"]</strong> (2020) and<strong> [player_tooltip player_id="536219" first="P.J." last="Hall"]</strong> (2020) led the way with 17 and 16 points respectively. Tate and Hall were named Class 5A Co-Players of the Year. Tate a Butler University signee and Hall will play at nearby Clemson University. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="840195" first="Jalen" last="Breazeale"]</strong> (2021) added 11 points while <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="642003" first="Justin" last="Amadi"]</strong> (2020) scored 10 points. The Cavaliers will now play in the GEICO Nationals in early April in New York. </p>
<p>The Silver Foxes trailed 37-15 at the halftime break vs the Cavaliers. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="865310" first="Jarvis" last="Green"]</strong> (FR) scored 12 points in the loss. </p>
