I like guys that play hard. Like a coach once told me "I won’t coach effort. Good news is, you never have to turn these guys up. In this article, PH takes a look at the top high energy players in Nevada.

[player_tooltip player_id="927136" first="Max" last="Heinz"] 6’1 SG Faith Lutheran 2021 (#42) - Heinz could play 32 minutes, never take a shot and still be the most impactful player on the floor. Ultimate extra possession guy, and the ultimate first to the floor player.

Mike Martin 6’0 PF Spring Valley 2020 - Martin plays the game with the spirit of a middleweight boxer. Even undersized, he’s willing to battle it out with the biggest of them in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id="925465" first="Harlan" last="Nichols"] 6’3 PF Palo Verde 2020 (#51PHN 2020) - Turn on the film of Nichols and I guarantee you see an elite rim runner who changes end to end better than any post in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id="925492" first="Alijah" last="Banks"] 5’9 PG Canyon Springs 2020 (#84PHN 2020) -Banks brings it from the tip. Hard nose competitive defender unafraid to pick up full court. Banks will sacrifice his body, by going to the floor and will sprint the wing when the ball is out of his hands on the break.

[player_tooltip player_id="856712" first="Faizon" last="Woods"] 6’0 PG Legacy 2020 (#69PHN 2020) - One of the top tough guys in the city. Woods is going to take the challenge every time on the defensive end, and he has no problem playing through contact on the offensive side of the ball.
