<p>The end of the season is approaching which means it's time for a rankings update. Here's a look at some new faces in the <a href="https://prephoops.com/north-carolina/rankings/2020-rankings/">2020 North Carolina rankings</a>.</p>
<h6><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/c-j-ray/">No. 39 </a><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/c-j-ray/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/c-j-ray/">C.J. Ray</a></a> - South Johnston - Forward</h6>
<p><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/c-j-ray/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/c-j-ray/">C.J. Ray</a></a> is an undersized forward at 6-foot-5 but he makes up for it with his ability to fill up the stat sheet and wreak havoc in the post. He had a strong senior campaign averaging roughly 22 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks for South Johnston as they went 20-4 on the year. He's yet another unsigned prospect that deserves some looks from colleges in the state.</p>
<h6>No. 78 <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/randy-johnson/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/randy-johnson/">Randy Johnson</a></a> - Charlotte Latin - Guard</h6>
<p><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/randy-johnson/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/randy-johnson/">Randy Johnson</a></a> is a combo guard at Charlotte Latin School that's headed to Holy Cross next season. He turned heads at this year's Charlotte Hoops Challenge with a number of standout performances and has managed to find himself in the Top 80 of the 2020 class as the high school season comes to a close.</p>
<h6>No. 85 <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/khalid-hinds/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/khalid-hinds/">Khalid Hinds</a></a><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/khalid-hinds/"> - </a>Ben L. Smith - Point Guard</h6>
<p><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/khalid-hinds/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/khalid-hinds/">Khalid Hinds</a></a> has flown under the radar a bit in a rotation with Nic McMullen and <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/silas-mason/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/silas-mason/">Silas Mason</a></a> in it but he's been the glue guy that runs the show and controls the pace on offense and creates havoc on defense. He knows how to set a tone on both ends of the floor. He holds an offer from Mid-Atlantic Christian University.</p>
<p>No. 58 <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/adam-carey/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/adam-carey/">Adam Carey</a></a> - Millbrook - Combo Guard</p>
<p><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/adam-carey/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/adam-carey/">Adam Carey</a></a> has done well to fill the void at the point guard spot missing with the absence of <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/nolan-dorsey/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/nolan-dorsey/">Nolan Dorsey</a></a>. He's an unselfish floor general that has gotten his studs Will Felton, <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/sam-hood/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/sam-hood/">Sam Hood</a></a> and Eric van der Heijden looks at the rim on offense. Then on defense, he uses his length well to create turnovers and start the fastbreak.</p>
<h6>No. 88 <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/devin-brown/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/devin-brown/">Devin Brown</a></a><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/devin-brown/"> - </a>Eastern Wayne - Forward</h6>
<p>Colleges still in need of a big man, look no further than 6-foot-8 forward <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/devin-brown/"><a href="https://prephoops.com/player/devin-brown/">Devin Brown</a></a>. Brown has put up 18.2 points, 12.8 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per contest this season for Eastern Wayne. He's a post prospect that attacks the rim and protects the paint well. He's another unsigned senior to get a look at soon.</p>
