The 2020 NCISAA 4A State Playoffs bracket has been released. Here's an early look at the top seeds and an early sleeper to keep an eye on.

Top 4 Seeds (All four receive double-byes)

1. Durham Academy (27-4)

The Durham Academy Cavaliers finished the season unbeaten in TISAC play at 8-0 and finished the season strong despite the loss of M.J. Rice. They'll look to win a state crown led by 2021 guards Cole Sinclair, Brent Randleman and 2022 guard Nik Graves.

2. Greensboro Day School (30-4)

The Greensboro Day Bengals return to this year's field as a No. 2 seed looking to defend their three-straight NCISAA State titles. They'll be a tough out with 2020 guard Cam Hayes (NC State), 2021s Brock Williams and Bryce Harris leading the way.

3. Cannon School (23-6)

The Cannon School Cougars haven't let youth slow them down this season with sophomores Jaden Bradley and wing D.J. Nix doing most of the damage. They should be fun to watch in this year's field with their talented rotation.

4. Charlotte Latin School (20-7)

The Charlotte Latin Hawks have quietly climbed up the radar in the NCISAA 4A ranks led by Randy Johnson (Holy Cross). They've got a lot of depth and play well together as a team, which should make them tough to beat.

Sleeper Team: Wesleyan Christian (15-10)

Don't let the 10 losses on Wesleyan Christian Academy's record fool you. They're a talented group with Isaiah Ray, Kaleb Brooks, Aisaiah Phillips and Kade Darr have been firing on all cylinders of late. They're a group that could make a run in the 4A state playoffs.
