Blessin Kimble 6’6 Charleston: The 2020 power forward displayed his scoring, rebounding and shot blocking chops in leading the Bluejays to a third-place finish. He was in foul trouble during his team’s semifinal loss to Sikeston, but he rebounded to have 26 points, seven rebounds and four blocks in the third place victory over Kennett. He is a tireless worker around the basket and an excellent finisher at the rim. His motor rarely stops running.
Caleb Legrand 6’5 Cape Notre Dame: The 2021 forward was very productive in helping the Bulldogs to a 3-1 record. He was very aggressive early in games as his teammates established him inside and he responded with some nice inside moves. He was also a very active rebounder and a good shot blocker. He has gotten stronger and more confident in his ability to impact a game in the paint.
Clark Steward 6’4 Sikeston: A versatile 2020 combo forward who has risen into a bigger role for the Bulldogs this season. His versatility was on display as he played the role of playmaker, scorer and rebounder throughout the tournament. He is a solid ball handler and a pinpoint passer and you can run your offense through him. He has already recorded a triple-double earlier this season. He scores around the bucket with crafty moves off the dribble.
Cameron Williams 6’6 Cape Girardeau Central: A 2023 forward who had a coming out party at the tournament, including a 14-point performance off the bench in the championship game victory over Sikeston. Cam has a big body and a very good skill set to go along with it. He has good post moves and a nice turnaround jumper from the 10-12 feet area. He can also step out and knock down a 3-pointer off the pick and pop. This youngster has plenty of promise.
Keith Wasilewski 6’5 Jackson: Another impressive young post player in the SEMO region, this 2022 forward is an athlete with the ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor. He runs the court well in transition and will throw down dunks in traffic. He can put it on the floor on the drive and drop a dime to a cutter off a double team. He is also a capable rebounder and shot blocker in the paint.
Donnie Brown 6’6 New Madrid Central: A thick-bodied post player with good fundamentals and a potent skill set around the basket. He was very good at establishing position in the post and he can finish well with a soft shooting touch, which he can extend out to the perimeter. He was comfortable shooting jumpers off the pick and pop. He has a good combination of power and finesse.
Clayton Ernst 6’7 Jackson: A 2023 forward with a lot of length and a bright future ahead of him. He is a solid athlete with good hands and the ability to score around the basket. He moves well up and down the court and he will catch the ball and knock down high post jumpers.
