Brad Beal (Chaminade (2008-2011): The former Chaminade College Prep All-American led the Red Devils to the Class 5 state championship in 2009. He was voted the Gatorade National Player of the Year in 2011 and a McDonald’s All-American. He played one season at the University of Florida before being drafted by the Washington Wizards, where he is currently a NBA All-Star guard.
Michael Porter, Jr. (2014-2016): The All-American led Father Tolton to the Class 3 state championship in 2016. He also led MoKan Elite’s 17U to the championship of the Nike EYBL Peach Jam during the summer of 2016 before moving to Seattle, where he led Nathan Hale High to its first state championship in 2017. He was selected to the McDonald’s All-American Team in 2017. Porter is currently playing for the Denver Nuggets.

Otto Porter, Jr. (Scott County Central, 2008-2011)
The 6’8″ forward led Scott County Central to three consecutive Class 1 state championships from 2009-2011. He had 29 points and a state-record 35 rebounds in a victory over Pilot Grove in the 2010 state championship game. He went on to become an All-Big East Conference performer at Georgetown University. He is currently playing for the Chicago Bulls.

Courtney Ramey (Webster Groves, 2015-2018): The stellar point guard led the Statesmen to back-to-back Class 5 state championships in 2017 and 2018. He finished his career as the school’s all-time leader in scoring and assists. He is currently a starting guard at the University of Texas.

Jayson Tatum (Chaminade, 2013-2016): The All-American led the Red Devils to the Class 5 state championship in 2016, scoring 40 points in the state finals against Springfield Kickapoo. He was selected a McDonald’s All-American and the Gatorade National Player of the Year in 2016. He has also won two gold medals with USA Basketball. After one season at Duke University, Tatum was drafted by the Boston Celtics, where he is one of the NBA’s top young stars.
