Jorden Williams 5’9 Whitfield: The quick lefty floor general continued his stellar play with 15 points in a victory over No. 4 seed Parkway South. He has tremendous speed, but he is also under control with his high basketball IQ and feel for the game. He can also knock down pull up jumpers and 3-pointers off the catch.
Barry Thomas Jr. 6’0 St. Charles: A talented young point guard who scored a game high 15 points in leading the No. 11 seed Pirates to a near upset of No. 6 seed Parkway Central. He plays with excellent pace and was constantly in the lane with his dribble penetration. He is also a good finisher with a nice floater. Very impressive.
Cam Lee 6’0 Duchesne: An athletic young point guard with good length and the ability to play lock down defenders. He had some moments where he was really disruptive as an on-ball defenders. He has solid handles and he can get buckets on the drive.
Jack Steinbach 5’11 Ladue: The young point guard scored 11 points off the bench in the Rams’ victory over Fort Zumwalt West. He was comfortable as the ball handler and facilitator and he could also operate off the ball playing alongside stellar point guard Jaylen Boyd.
Nolan Simon 5’10 Whitfield: An aggressive young guard who was at his best when he was attacking the basket. He loves to turn the corner and get downhill and he is a very capable finisher in traffic.
