<p><em>The final weekend of fall league is always an eventful one. Here's a look at the 2020 standouts from Triad High School Fall League.</em></p>
<h5>Jordan Newsome - Shooting Guard - Mount Airy</h5>
<p><strong>Jordan Newsome</strong> was one of the top shooters on the final day of Triad Fall League. He put up 24 points on six made 3-pointers for his Mount Airy Squad. Newsome is a confident shooter with the ball in his hands. He made a number of 3-pointers off the catch and off the dribble and was efficient from the perimeter in the final week of fall league. He's a 5-foot-11 guard to keep an eye on.</p>
<h5>Brooks Johnson - Point Guard - Davie County</h5>
<p><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}"><strong>Brooks Johnson</strong> was another big contributor in Davie County's final game of Triad Fall League. The team trailed by as many as 20 points but Johnson kept his composure and kept his team in the game with his scoring and playmaking. He's solid passer in the halfcourt and brought energy that was key to his team's comeback. He's a good floor leader that's fun to watch.</span></p>
<h5>James Reid - Forward - Davie County</h5>
<p><strong>James Reid</strong> is a competitive forward prospect that gets after it on both ends. He uses his 6-foot-4 size well to battle in the paint for rebounds and post position. He got seven rebounds in the paint for his squad and showed solid poise working around the rim for buckets. He's another Davie County player to watch in 2019-20.</p>
<h5>Omarion Johnson - Forward - East Guilford</h5>
<p><strong>Omarion Johnson</strong> was a solid paint presence for East Guilford this past weekend. He rebounds like a madman and finishes well through contact. He made a number of tough plays in the paint to keep his squad in the game and finished with 25 points and seven rebounds in the game. He's slowly learning to how to be a factor in the paint on every possession.</p>
<h5>Landon Sutton - Guard - High Point Christian</h5>
<p><strong>Landon Sutton</strong> was an automatic bucket from everywhere on the floor at Triad Fall League. He's got a good feel for handling the ball and making things happen with zero hesitation on the floor. He plays through contact well and was another top performer of the day, putting up 23 points in his team's victory.</p>
<h5><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Trent McIntyre - Guard - Piedmont Classical</span></h5>
<p><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}"><strong>Trent McIntyre</strong> is a long, versatile guard that can play multiple spots on the floor. He's got nice length for his size and gets up and down the floor with purpose. He's a playmaker/facilitator type and rebounds strong in the paint. He'll be one to watch in the backcourt at Piedmont Classical.</span></p>
<h5><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Brandon Summers - Forward - Salem Baptist Christian</span></h5>
<p><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}"><strong>Brandon Summers</strong> is a forward with tons of potential in the 2020 class. He's a 6-foot-7 forward that jumps out the gym. He's solid presence of the defensive end with his shot-blocking and rebounding ability. He has room for a ton of growth on the hardwood with his skillset.</span></p>
<h5><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Zach Shumate - Forward - Salem Baptist Christian</span></h5>
<p><span data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}"><strong>Zach Shumate</strong> is a post player that's steadily improving heading into his senior season. He's a prospect at Salem Baptist Christian that's drawing the attention of college coaches. MVP of the title game, He's got a relentless motor with the ball in his hands and gets to the paint and finishes strong. He earned the MVP award after posting 15 points and dominating in the frontcourt. He recently earned an offer from Concord University. </span></p>
