Taelyr Gatlin (Brighton ’18)
2018-19 (FRESHMAN)
Appeared in 28 games, started in 13 … logged 16.6 minutes per game … scored 3.1 points … grabbed 1.2 rebounds … handed out 1.4 assists … shot 39.1 percent from the field … 31.1 percent from 3 (14-for-45) … 60.0 percent from the foul line … scored a season-high 10 points at Seattle on Nov. 23 … pulled down season-best four rebounds on two instances … dished out a season-high five assists vs. Western Colorado on Dec. 9 … swiped a season-best three steals against Western Illinois on Feb. 28 … made (4) and attempted (7) at Seattle on Nov. 23 … drilled a season-best two 3s four times … attempted a season-high three free throws at UC Irvine on Dec. 15 … finished with eight games with five-or-more field-goal attempts … made collegiate debut against Maine on Nob. 6.

Dedric Boyd (Haywood)
Dedric started 20 times for Eastern Kentucky, but left with the coaching staff. He sat out last season and is now fully capable of starring for the Illinois State Redbirds.
HIGH SCHOOL
A three-star recruit coming out of high school • Rated as the No. 4 player in the state of Tennessee and the No. 61 shooting guard in the country by 247Sports • Enjoyed a stellar career at powerhouse Haywood High, the same school that produced former Kentucky star and NBA player Tony Delk • Helped the Tomcats win a Class AA state championship as a sophomore, and averaged 14 points, five rebounds, three assists and 2.5 steals-per-game as a junior • Selected to play in the prestigious Under Armour All-American Camp in the summer of 2016.
Darius Garland (Brentwood Academy ’18)
Will start Day One for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
2018-19 (FRESHMAN)
Barely played for Vanderbilt after suffering injury five games into the season.
Trenton Gibson (Blackman ’18)
Started 28 times as a freshman for Tusculum University. Gibson is a fantastically balanced player. Averaged 13.1 ppg, 5.6 rpg, and 3.6 apg as a freshman.
