A smaller guard with good handles and a knowledge for the game. He runs the floor well and can finish in transition and give his teammates looks near the glass. A pass-first player who knows how to score and play physical when he isn’t getting what he wants.

11-Elijas Watson, 5’11, PG, 2020, Shawnee Heights, Kansas Hoggs 17U

Watson is a quick guard who has confidence and a smooth game with the ball in his hands. He has good handles and can win the one-on-one game around the wing. When Watson looked to score or create for himself, he played well. A different player when he’s in the zone and looking to make plays.

23-Olin Yoder, 5’10, 2020, Lawrence Free State, Grandstand Elite

A defensive guard who can play physical if he needs to. He runs hard and contests shots all around him. He dives on the floor to save the ball and can score inside well with his one-handed floater, handle the ball a little and makes extra passes to open teammates.

0-Jake Vercher, 5’11, G, 2020, Chapman, SSA White

A nice player who does a bit of everything. He can handle the ball some, defend the ball and takes his time and looks to score when he has an open look. He runs the floor and got up and scored in transition. He contested shots and played hard.

2-Caden Hurla, 5’9, G, 2020, St. Mary’s, SSA White
