<p>Great American Shoot-Out also known as the GASO held their annual Fall Shootout in Houston, Texas. This event featured several teams from the greater Houston area as well as from other cities from Texas. This is a first look at prospects as they reunite with their high school teams. Here is a few prospects that had standout performances.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The University of Northern Colorado commit was out on a mission, as he brought his tool belt and hard hat to work this weekend. Scored on all levels. Was a force on both sides of the ball. His stat line was jumping off the sheet as he finished with a double-double 26 points, 18 rebounds, 4 steals, and 4 assists. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The University of Houston commit made the game look easy as he displayed his offensive fire power. Taking his opponent off the dribble knocking down tough contested shots. Off balanced shots and threw down a couple of dunks. Finished with 32 points in the game. He showed why he is an Top 100 prospect nationally. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The strongest player in the gym hands down. Traditional post player that was very dominant on the low block. Has one of the longest wingspans also regardless of class. Moved players around like they were rag dolls. Keeps the ball up high for the most part and clears space off the rebound. Excellent in transition as he rim runs and half-court set with good strong screens. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">First he has grown from 6’7 with shoes to 6’10 with shoes on in a two month span. Played pretty smooth for his first varsity contest. He was uber effective on the offensive side of the ball. His defense will get better throughout the season against older quicker guys. He can take you from the perimeter or work you in a high post setting. He finished with 14 points in the game. Will be interesting to see how he progresses over the HS season. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Was strapped up from beyond the arc. Also showcased his ability to facilitate the basketball. He knocked down a lot of tough shots from deep range. Has a quick jumper with a quick high release. He was pesky when guarding the ball also. His ability to knock down crucial deep balls helped to get his team fired up. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Physical specimen who controls the game for the Chaps. Knocked down some mid-range pull-ups. Bullied his way to the rim. Played poised and under control at all times when on the floor. He rises up so quickly and has great body control for acrobatic finishes and nasty flushes. It's a no brainer why he is considered a top national prospect for his class. </span></p>
