Quevian Adger 6’7″ 2020 iSchool Entrepreneurial (Coppell, TX): The three-star wing brings great length and skill to the small forward position. He is a comfortable three-level scorer who loves taking the three-point shot and thrives on the break.
Hayden Brittingham 6’4″ 2020 Crowley (Crowley, TX): Brittingham was (as always) ferocious around the rim and a beast on the glass. He is a tough competitor on the defensive end and displayed his capability of guarding in space. One of key contributors to the Texas Titans success on the EYBL Circuit, Brittingham is more than capable of securing the defensive rebound and igniting the break. A physical force whose motor makes up for his lack in size.
Mekhi Collins 6’7″ 2021 Trinity Christian (Cedar Hill, TX): Collins is an extremely raw dual-sport athlete (football). He impressed me with his effort and speed in getting up and down the court. The recent transfer to Trinity Christian-Cedar Hill has the size and length to make things happen on the defensive end.
Tayton Conerway 6’3″ 2020 Centennial (Burleson, TX): Conerway has been consistent with his play throughout the summer. Nothing changed on Saturday as the explosive wing got to the rim in transition as well as he did in the half court. Defensively, he is excellent in sliding his feet and beating his man to their intended spots.
Jake Dukes 6’5″ 2020 Memorial (Frisco, TX): This hidden gem prospect was patient when catching the ball inside and used his strong frame to score in the paint through contact. He has terrific hands and was on he receiving end of a lot of dump-off passes. He will be a perfect fit in Frisco Memorial‘s lineup this upcoming season.
Mason Gibson 6’2″ 2021 Allen (Allen, TX): Gibson will be one of the reasons why Allen will be a pre-season favorite in 6A. He opened eyes in the open floor and knock down a few threes off the catch. The rising junior is one who provides consistent energy on both ends of the floor.
Devon Hancock 6’1″ 2020 Horn (Mesquite, TX): Every time I glanced at the rim, Hancock was immediately spotted finishing with an assertive slam. His game offensively is loud and starts momentum runs for his team. He is an athletic guard that coaches need to put their eyes on and take seriously.
Baylor Hebb 6’2″ 2020 Heritage (Colleyville, TX): Coming off an excellent July, Hebb was all business in his approach and played with a chip on his shoulder each time he stepped on the court. He was deadly off the screen and roll while being unguardable when looking to create for himself on the perimeter.
D’Avian Houston 6’1″ 2020 Episcopal (Fort Bend, TX): Known for the intense pressure he applies on defense, Houston was cooking from the outside off the bounce and showed many that he can flush something serious when given the chance. The lefty guard impacts the game in a variety of ways.
Donte Houston 6’8″ 2020 Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX): Three-star Donte Houston can always be counted on to run the floor and play with a ton of energy. He was active on the glass and while playing helpside defense. The athletic forward is more than capable of spacing the floor and trailing the break, but was more effective with his play inside this weekend. He has recently trimmed his list down to ten schools.
Harrison Ingram 6’7″ 2021 St. Mark’s (Dallas, TX): A terrific teammate whose attitude is infectious, five-star Harrison Ingram was the best prospect in the gym and the rest of his peers soon caught on to the reason why. The versatile forward has a better post-up game than most big men playing high school basketball and finds his teammates for easy scoring opportunities. After his terrific play this summer, Ingram has caught the attention from the main blueblood schools such as Duke, Kentucky, and North Carolina.
Ben Joelson 6’7″ 2020 Marcus (Flower Mound, TX): Joelson continues to impress me in camp settings. The floor-spacing four-man continues to knock down open threes off the catch while playing above the rim each time the opportunity presented itself. One of the better slept on power forwards within the Lone Star State.
Rubin Jones 6’4″ 2020 Yates (Houston, TX): Jones’ recruitment took off this summer and he proved why during his three games this Saturday. The unselfish lefty got others involved while displaying a high I.Q. and terrific feel for the game. The athletic guard is a threat to heat up from behind the arc.
Latrell Jossell 5’9″ 2020 Central (Keller, TX): Do not let the size fool you with this prospect. Jossell was throwing down dunk contest-type dunks this weekend. From windmilling to catching one-handed lobs, he did all with ease. The defense knew not to jump with him after his first offense at the rim.
