Quentin Hall 6’6″ Team Ramey 2021: The hard-working post player from McCluer North was very productive with his meat and potatoes style of play. His offensive game continues to improve and he is already a plus rebounder because of his effort. Double-doubles have become commonplace for him. He does a good job of keeping the ball above his head to help finish around the basket.
Caleb Legrand 6’6″ Silver Bullets 17U: An up and coming post player from Cape Notre Dame who did a lot of positive things during the weekend. He has good length and athleticism and he is very active at both ends of the court. He had some solid takes to the basket and he got out and ran hard in the transition game. With added physical strength, he will become even more of a big factor. I like his upside. Great student as well.
Nathan Hall 6’6″ Arsenal Hoops Elite: A smooth young post player from the metro east area in St. Louis who operates well at several spots on the court. He’s thin, but he has good mobility and a nice set of skills. He has good turn and face finesse moves in the post and a nice shooting touch from the post out to 15 feet. I also like his footwork and his ability to move in tight spaces in the post or when he’s taking it off the dribble.
Isaiah Alexander 6’2″ Arsenal Hoops Elite: An undersized combo forward from Whitfield who plays with a lot of energy at both ends. He made a lot of nice hustle plays to help his team, whether it was getting offensive rebounds or loose balls. He is a tough matchup for bigger defenders because of his ability to put the ball on the floor and get to the basket.
Tycen Laubinger 6’10” Storm Elite: A big’un from Park Hills Central who is starting to make strides as a player. He is still very much a work in progress, but I like how hard he works around the basket to get better as a player. He has a big body to go with his height and he uses it to get good position inside for post catches and rebounding.
Jagger Robinson 6’3″ SEMO Select: A small-school forward from Greenville, MO with a blue-collar approach to the game that is very effective and productive. He puts in a good effort and gets the results as he chased down his share of offensive rebounds for put-backs.
