Connor Linke (St. Charles North)
Current Ranking: #49
Travel Team: Fundamental U
Linke is your traditional back to the basket five man that anchors down low for scores. Sound passer and has rebounded well for Fundamental U this spring.
Frank Jakubicek (Cary Grove)
Current Ranking: #51
Travel Team: Quad City Elite
A lot to like here with this Cary Grove four man. Such a productive post. He rebounded at a very high rate when we saw QCE play against a big Indy Heat frontline along with showing skill facing up.
Kennedy Brown (Bogan)
Current Ranking: #54
Travel Team: Team Rose
Brown is young for his grade so he has been playing some on the 16U level this spring. Upside player that has potential as a rebounder and rim runner.
Patrick Readye (East St. Louis)
Current Ranking: #55
Travel Team: Southwest Jets
Readye will be making the move over to East St. Louis for his senior campaign. Strong frame that rebounds well and can score with his back to the basket.
Sangolay Njie (Whitney Young)
Current Ranking: #58
Travel Team: Meanstreets
Njie is a quality rebounder that showed he could do that well in the EYBL with Meanstreets competing on the glass against a high level of talent.
Brandon Lieb (Deerfield)
Current Ranking: #68
Travel Team: Illinois Wolves
Super long and tall five man that had a good showing late in the high school season for Deerfield. With the Wolves on the UAA circuit he averaged 3.8 points (68% from the field) and 3 boards a game.
Jack Weber (El Paso Gridley)
Current Ranking: #69
Travel Team: Illinois Irish
Weber is a lefty can is effective playing both on the block and from the high post with his passing.
Jackson Connor (Marion)
Current Ranking: #91
Travel Team: Illinois Bears
Connor is a strong four man with good athleticism. Likes to play on the perimeter, but will be looked at by small colleges as a mismatch power forward.
Josh Preston (Geneva)
Current Ranking: #99
Travel Team: Fundamental U
Preston showed athletic pop this spring being able to take his man from the high-post to the hoop for slams. Tough and rugged power forward!
Justin Cross (OPRF)
Current Ranking: #100
Travel Team: Team Rose
A lot of upside here and he started realizing some of that potential especially on the defensive end using his incredible length to block shots.
